Made an appointment with plenty of time... I arrived on time (4pm), but the host/ stylist rejected me as soon as I arrived :( I made an appointment ahead of time in order AVOID THIS PROBLEM!

Dalton was great. He took his time and studied my face before starting on my hair cut. I like someone who knows how to cut a Bob style. It is a great cut for older women and he was a Pro!.

I've been using Christen for sometime and she's always been super nice and helpful, and most of all, patient. Ive really only had one hair style my whole life, and she's patiently answered questions and helped me decide what type of cut I want!

The sevice that I received was amazing! All staff was friendly and lively! My stylist Tesha was amazing! She listened to my idea of what I wanted and made my vision come true. Tesha is very knowledgeable regarding coloring as well!

Christen and the other ladies are great. I had trouble finding a salon that didn't cost me $200 each trip for a cut and color, as well as one that could see me on short notice. I was told about Christen and I reached out to her on a Saturday morning and she was able to see me that day. I had my hair cut and colored and was very impressed. I've witnessed people just walk in and ask if they can be seen and she always finds time to schedule them in. I highly recommend.

I always see Christen at Charlotte Ave. She was the first to cut my toddler’s hair and now she’s the only who does mine and his! The prices are not only affordable, but it’s super family friendly. She definitely makes us feel at home!!! What kid is that happy to go get their cut??? Christen just has that touch!

Every time I visit the salon I always leave very satisfied. Daphne is the only one I let touch my eye brows. She knows that I am very sensitive with the tweezers and does it so I am not feeling overwhelmed. She takes very GREAT CARE of me. She is very welcoming and friendly. I definitely know to come see DAPHNE when I need my eyebrows waxed.When I need a good haircut or hair shampooed I know Daphne and Christen take great hair of me I am a client that has suffered with psoriasis since I was a little girl. So when they shampoo my hair they know I am not tender headed and make sure I have the shampoo I need for my shampoo service. As for my hair color or cut I know they take great care of me. They always guide me in the right direction for my hair care products for my hair type and show me the best home hair care so I can achieve the same look at home.
