I would not recommend Cooper Automotive! This man took my 21 year old daughters hard earned money and gave her a car that WAS NOT fixed. Her brakes completely went out the next day while she was driving. He picked up her vehicle but then had many, many excuses as to why he wasn’t able to get to it right then. I had to continue to go up there because he screens his calls. His communication skills are horrible, even after ASKING her which is the best way to communicate. He had her vehicle for a whole 2 weeks. He told her that he fixed the brakes only to have them go out completely the next day while she was actually driving. Her life was at stake. He did pick up the vehicle however he didn’t do anything more to it. I had to keep going up there because he would not call back or return calls from my daughter. He explained that it was just a bad time for my daughters vehicle to break down… “he had 2 mechanics call out sick, he had to go home and catch a bug for his wife, he had to rebuff his floors cause the guy he paid didn’t do it, so it was just a bad time!” Really? None of these things was ever said to us until I asked for a refund. But all were excuses from choices HE made that had nothing to do with the vehicle that my daughter PAID HIM $800 to fix. He only refunded her the diagnostic ($168) and that’s it! The car was driven in but because the brakes where now totally out it had to be towed away! He stood on the fact that he was not going to refund her money. Because he said it wasn’t his fault. You would think being a Master Mechanic if we say we’re having problems with the brakes it’s your job to figure it out what’s wrong with the brakes. It’s not like we said it was a problem with the motor and you fixed the brakes. He was told where the problem was and somehow he blamed her for him not fixing it. Wow!
He is DISHONEST! UNPROFESSIONAL, although he claims to be. And he’s NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! I don’t do a lot of reviews unless it’s heartfelt and true! We are new to this area and I wanted to warn the many people coming in this area about Mr. Cooper and his automotive shop! He gives small business owners a bad reputation!

Mr. Cooper took care of me when my car had an emergency! I had a belt to break when I was out of town for work. It was a Friday afternoon and I was pushed off from other local repair suppliers and shops to even take a look at my vehicle to find the problem. I knew my vehicle wouldn't make my 2 hour drive home. Mr. Cooper was happy to take a look and repaired my vehicle very fast. I am so appreciative! He and his staff not only did excellent work on my vehicle, they were also so genuine during my time of need. I would recommend anyone to take their car here for repair!

Mr. Cooper came recommended by a good friend and my friend was right. Today I had an issue with the AC in my wife’s car and was given a quote. Once they began work they found a cheaper solution (Quote was $1,200, ended up paying $520). Mr. Cooper treats his clients with respect and honesty. Every time I come in they are friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

Came in at last minute for a flat tire. They got me in super fast and gave me some discounts at the end. Highly recommend. Way better than Firestone tire which is a few blocks down from them.

Rented a Uhaul from this place for a day and ended up needing more time. I called customer service and extended it for 3 more days and paid over the phone. Day before I was due to return the Uhaul I start getting threatening messages that I need to return the Uhaul immediately that evenibg because it was due back 3 days ago. If not they would be reporting it stolen and begin legal precedings. So definitely would not recommend this location, not surewhat happened but I had my receipts and confirmation of due date and definitely was due until the following day.

Can’t speak for their repair work or prices, but I rented a UHAUL from this location today as they are an authorized UHAUL dealer. I stood in the office a total of 20min from arrival to leaving with my UHAUL truck. I was the only customer in the entire place. During the 20min duration the owner made 2 personal phone calls completely unrelated to me and never said a word to me after he got my reservation info. I was so baffled that I even got a video of him slowly sauntering around his UHAUL lot on the phone leading me to the UHAUL truck to show my wife how ridiculous it was.We attempted to circumvent this kind of thing initially by doing a 24/7 mobile pickup, but he changed the reservation to an in-person one, making us wait from 8am to 9am to even begin picking up the truck.I had a team of moving people waiting at my house for 15min that I had to pay them for because of this.Again, I can’t speak to their repairs or prices, but because of this I won’t be giving them the chance to show me if anything comes up in the future.
