We bought a deep freezer the sign said they open up at 10:00 the employee drove in the parking lot around 10:20 and sad sat in his or her car for 10 minutes having a smoke and opened up a little after 10:30 not good business

Wow! Conn’s Home Plus have great show rooms and I have some items in my own home from this store. So when I saw they was hiring I decided to jump at the opportunity and let me tell you that’s when the disappointment came. For you to be paying employees 10 dollars an hour in 2024 is disgusting and then say plus
Commission in a dead store what a shame kids at Macdonald’s make more…. Such a waste of time. Conn’s pay your employees more!

Ms. Fefe had me in there for maybe 30 minutes and everything was signed and ready. She's very friendly and great at her job. Very excited to get this TV at such a great price!

Show room has some great stuff! Prices are very reasonable. I worked with Cece and she was so patient with me going back and forth between what products I wanted to go with. Any questions I had she had an answer. Not only was she so helpful she was also funny. Her attitude made the whole experience phenomenal!

I needed a wall oven and went to this location which is about a hour plus away from my home . I had a bad experience at conns of Antioch and was never going back there . The manager at this Gallatin location was what customer service should be I felt like I was back in 1985 when companies cared about there customers . Her shirt said 6 years experience I felt like she had 20 . Conns corporate this manager deserves recognition her dedication to go way beyond to help us is hard to find .
