Got my DOT physical and they did not mark that I wore corrective lenses !!! Went to the DMV .... they would not accept the form !! Came back to get the form corrected and sat for an hour to get what I paid $136.00 for and now have to go back to the DMV !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT ???

I needed 3 test. I gave the woman at the counter my documents and she stated without barely looking at the papers that I only had approval for one test. When I returned home, I contacted my agency and they told me that the documents covered all three test. I had to drive back to the location. Someone else was at the counter and he knew what to do. The tests were time sensitive so the previous person could have caused me to miss my deadline. Not to mention having to go back a second time.

Thank you Ashley Gray, Jackie Araiza and the physician was exceptional. All the staff was kind and helpful. Splendid experience, thank you. I went in for a physical exam, tb test and drug screen, I was respected at each step. It was also quick for a check up but didn’t miss any steps. Thank you

Understaffed, leading to very long wait times. The people are nice but you can't expect to be seen. I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby and then over 30 more minutes to be seen once I was actually in a room.
Once seen, the doctor was very nice and worked very efficiently, which is very nice.
