Was told it would be 45 minutes for a pre-employment drug screen. Checked in after one hour of waiting and was told by a different front desk staff member that it would actually be three hours. For a drug screen. After already waiting for an hour. Customer service and efficiency very lacking.

As a healthcare provider I tend to expect a lot from those I choose for my care and am kinda picky. Sometimes you’re in a pinch though and you gotta run into an Urgent Care while on vacation. Staff were pleasant and the nurse and the doctor met me with a smile, some soft hearted laughter and a keen ear. 10/10 for my urgent care drop in experience.

Only gave one star because I had to. The girl who worked the front desk was rude. She was huffing or puffing every 2 minutes or making sound kind of sound effect like she really didn't wanna be there or because you weren't moving at the speed she wants you to. I won't go back or would I recommend anyone go here.

I have been here many times. The medical providers here have always been great.
I did not have a great experience with the main PT at this location, he did not make any adjustments to my treatment plan during my course, and discharged me well before my symptoms were improved (ended up back in PT later at Star), he generally did not pay much attention to me while I was there and typically had many clients at a time. The substitute PT I had while there, however, was amazing.
My last visit they were “unable” to complete my pre-employment physical because I showed up only an hour before closing, and then I had to return the following day.
An MA “took” my blood pressure manually without a stethoscope, with no way to truly know my blood pressure.
The front desk staff were typically unkind and seemed frustrated/inconvenienced.

They were not very polite, very unprofessional. Taking their time to get to each patient. Also did not apologize for being so time. Consuming, nothing personal. They weren't very nice at all as I said, taking their time about the business. And very impolite I.
