I came in for urine drug screen. Did not bring my phone in with me because it wouldn’t be needed. After an hour of sitting there I asked the front desk was a messsage sent to my phone or what was going on with the wait. She replied yes. I asked if it was ok for me to leave the building because it was a urine drug screen and she said yes. On my phone was for me to complete my regestration. I know employees could see that I was checked in for an hour and not one time did anyone come see what was taking so long. Once I completed registration within 15 minutes I was done.

Thank you Concentra central for awesome care. Reception, nurses, the Dr. I saw and the physical therapy staff were so well-organized, thoughtful and skillful. This is the A-Team.

Went on Monday morning and the line was extreme!! Thought to myself, this will take forever. The staff there was not only accommodating, polite, and helpful, but they were also extremely efficient. They processed patients in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic.

Dr. Steele and his staff are super friendly and they take an interest in every patient. This location is the best I have been to since I became a patient at Concentra.

The nurses are amazing and will treat you right but the doctor is very neglecting to listen to anything but his ego. Went there for an allergic reaction I had from work (showed him proof) and he insisted it was heat related. Keep in mind that I'm from Puerto Rico and there's nothing but heat in there and never had this before. Please be aware of this place and don't come here

They are very kind and are willing to treat you and help you in everything. They have staff who speak Spanish and are very friendly.
