Separate areas to work or watch tv. Room and furniture in good shape! Close to the airport.

Price, front desk service and amenities were fine. We asked to change rooms because the air conditioning unit from the room above us dripped loudly onto ours making it hard to sleep. Thank goodness for earplugs because that, and the stomping of the person staying above us would have made it hard to get any sleep at all. The original room we were in smelled strongly of backed up plumbing pipes so we had to get air freshener to spray multiple times. The smell dissipated after closing the drain of sink but came right back after using sink. The room we were moved to smelled the same and we still heard the constant drip, drip, drip of air conditioning condensation hitting the metal trim on unit outside window. In the first room someone had placed a washcloth on ledge to muffle the noise and it was obvious that it had been there a while so it can’t be a new problem. The window in the first room opened but not in the second one. It’s an old building with uneven floors, gaps around entry door with the bathroom door sticking, making it hard to open and close fully. All in all, the stay wasn’t horrible, it just wasn’t optimal considering the price we paid but at least the bed was comfortable with plenty of soft pillows, the towels were clean and the breakfast was adequate. It was pretty much fully booked when we were there so parking was a challenge though. Several times we, and other guests, had to make our own parking spaces.

Staff was awesome.
Room was okay.
Air conditioner was broken and had a squeak the whole night.
Curtains above AC were so dusty.
Hot water and water pressure were phenomenal.

The room was nice and quiet. I had a jacuzzi tub, but I had to refill my tub bc of the stopper, and my sink was clogged. The lady didn't mention a security hold until I checked in verses talking on the phone. All good though.
Rooms: I had a seating area.

This is my goto hotel when flying out of Nashville . They have a park and fly that makes travel less stressful!

Very dirty rooms. Need to be updated. Breakfast is not worth eating. Wont be staying at this location again.

A pure SHAM!! I was charged an extra $135 for absolutely NOTHING! Never got my deposit back for that nasty, DIRTY room paid $250 for 6 hours in that place !!! 0/10 don’t recommend going here ever! Update: it’s been over a week since I stayed there and I’m getting random charges from them !! Canceling my card today

So we stayed here June 29th and paid $350 for one night. $100 of it was a deposit and was supposed to be put back on my card- it’s July 4th and still no deposit back!! ?

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in awhile.
Rooms: The room was large and comfortable. The bed has lots of pillows to choose from.

The place was outstanding and roomy. Upon check-in I did not get recognized as a Platinum member nor did I get any points nor gift. I don't understand.

Just passing through on our flight to Fort Lauderdale so it met our minimum needs. Rooms and elevator are very dark and outdated. Needs sprucing up a lot. Curtains are drooping and falling down in room 208. The sliding glass closet door is off track and doesn't slide.
Our room on the 1st floor before our flight had torn furniture. Looked like something has been knawing on it.
Rooms: Well, we decided to give it a second shot and You can tell they called themselves upgrading. The carpet is new, but that’s about it. The amenities are mediocre and you have all this space in the living area but no television. The only TV is in the sleeping area so this Comfort Suites is a real disappointment. Most of them are generally very nice but not this location. The elevator is dark and drab looking and very outdated.

Paid for a king suite online didn’t receive my right room had to go downstairs nd prove that it’s the wrong wrong.. then after I got my right room it’s was dirty hadn’t been clean all the way trash under the bed.. now it’s time to leave and my car and my girlfriends car has been broken into nd.. the front desk is no help sayin that’s it’s a management problem
