Service was okay took 3 guys 3 1/2 hours to move a 1bed 1bath. Don’t know where (or if they even brought it in) they put the screws to bed so I can’t even put my bed together. Also my camera was stolen. Called them either got no response or helpful resolution. Brought this to their attention in August and still no response

We were moving out of state. Our two hired movers spent an hour trying to remedy our sofa bed out of the hallway, and then left it in our master bedroom. Our walls snd doorway were also damaged.
1. Left the sofa in our house and did not call in any additional help or offer any ideas of how to remedy the situation as we moved out of state that day with two young children.
2. We were left to hire another moving company, navigating this out of state, and pay an additional $300 to move the sofa, which was completed in 15 minutes, showing the incompetence of your movers.
3. Your movers pretty much gave up after being unable to move the sofa bed. My husband and I proceeded to put more items in the POD ourselves because they realized they weren’t getting the best tip.
Upon hiring your company, we spent an additional $300 on our move to hire other movers, navigating this from out of state with young children. We paid College Hunks the full amount and then another company $300, so we added onto our moving costs by $300. No one called us to ask about the experience, or called to explain why additional measures couldn’t be taken to assist your movers with the couch.
We followed up with the company and will receive no compensation. We had to pay another moving company for one couch. DO NOT use this company.
