This was my second time in a yeart moving with Allied. The first time I had the 'guaranteed' amount and it would not go higher. Well the driver said no way because it was under and wouldnt load until the were paid more. So no ceiling despite that is what I was told.
The second move from Nashville to Wy - the estimator said it was X lbs. I said impossible because the load to Nashville was X pounds and I am going to have half of what I had. He said oh no worries, it won't go up but it will go down in price if you are under. HA HA It was1,000 pounds under. The esitmator ghosted me. The company said so sad to bad it is the rate that was quote.
WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS!!
I do give a 100 plus to the driver team that moved me from Nashville to WY. OH, wait, they were actual North American - that's why... CALL NORTH AMERICAN instead of Allied.

I don't give this company any stars. They made our move a full blown nightmare. Good workforce but the worst management. Furniture and other items were broken. These pictures are only the beginning. Ten days later, we just got the rest of our stuff.

Excellent service from the movers. Those 3 guys did an incredible hard job. I highly recommend them. We receive everything quickly and easily. They made our moving process so easy!!!!! They were amazing. We moved from Nashville to Florida and luckily we had our things in 2 days having a 3 months old baby that was the best part about these movers.Our experience was 100% great. Also very humble the team.

We had a delivery and set up of a Saatva mattress and adjustable bed base earlier today. The two men who did the delivery/setup and old mattress/foundation removal were extremely pleasant and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We hired Allied to move us from Texas to Tennessee. I packed everything myself and organized my stuff to make it efficient for the movers. The movers were schedule to arrive on a Wednesday because we sold our house and had to be out by Friday. Well they couldn’t make it on that Wednesday and instead showed up on Thursday. No big deal, things happen and you just have to pivot.
Movers came and they did a really nice job and I tipped them each accordingly.
Now comes the disappointment. We were scheduled to move into our new home June 21st. We took off of work, rearranged our work travel schedules to accommodate our move. Plus we were in a short term rental and had to be out by June 23rd. Well on June 19th I called Coleman as that is who is now in charge of our goods. I wanted to check on what time the movers were to arrive on June 21st only to be told that they can’t find drivers and the soonest they could move us in was on July 1st.
Can’t find drivers? Really?? You are in the “trucking business,” your sole means of your operation is drivers.
So here we are, still waiting for our stuff still, had to canceled work travel (my means for paying for this move) and yet no response for a solution.
You hand over your personal belongings to a company that simply does not care.
If they happen to move me this week, which I have begged them to, I will update.

The crews that loaded our belongings and delivered to our new home went above and beyond to ensure things were handled with care. Shout out to the driver and delivery crew… super grateful for all they did!!!

yesterday two men from Coleman came to load up my possession for my move. Both men we very friendly, like we had known each other before. They had everything marked, wrapped and loaded in just over an hour. This is the best company to trust with your belongings. Thank you.

I had never used a company such this before. My friends who had used Allied told me they were the greatest. Now that I've experienced it for myself I must agree that they are great. Nothing broken and unloaded so fast. Good job guys

The movers had no idea how to disassemble, carry, or store large items. All of the items not packed by us were damaged. They were improperly stored in the warehouse, and the delivery team said this company, Coleman (associated with Allied) is known for "hiring anybody" and routinely improperly stores their warehouse items without properly protecting/covering them (they also removed personal covers we'd placed). I honestly think one of their crew showed up high on drugs - he was a mess. Items were also stolen from their warehouse that came out of wardrobe boxes. I'm still dealing with the settlement compensation process now. Do not use.
