CleanWay is ridiculously unprofessional. I never ended up getting a detail, but instead had three days wasted trying to schedule with them (plus the days leading up to the first no show, which they treated as my fault because they never contacted me asking for my info... that was my job). Basically I'm begging to give them money over the course of three days, and they just lead me on over and over again. Truly should not be in business with "service" like this.Service: Auto detailing

**Scammer Alert** Cody would only schedule once paid, then he didn't show up - MULTIPLE TIMES - weather, flat tire, Covid, etc etc - don't give him your money, you'll never see it again, and won't get your service. Scams you with Venmo and Venmo won't protect you

Paid $200 with Venmo in December and still have not received my detail services. Terrible communication. Weather did play a part in December, but Cody never seems to be available. Always a reason why they can’t get to me. Things like “we got a flat tire on the way and will be 4 hours late. I have requested a refund multiple times, but no luck. Last response from them was that Cody got n an accident and someone would call next week. That was in February. How these people stay in business is beyond me.Service: Auto detailing

This dude will take your money to "reserve" you a spot. Then continually make excuses as to why he can't deliver on the services he promised. He will also refuse to send you your refund. He will make excuse after excuse. This is a scam. Don't fall for this guy like I did.

THIS IS 100% A SCAM!!! They will message you asking for a date to schedule then on that date they will message you a different excuse as to why they cannot come (so far it was COVID, then sick, then pump went out). Today I was scheduled for service and they messaged that "Cody" was on his way. As all the other reviews have said they just never show up from there and never respond again. One of the post below mentioned an email address so I have reached out to him to see about getting together a lawsuit. Email him as well if this has happened to you and lets fight together to get our money back.

Cody never showed up. He kept changing the times, because of rain, something happening, etc. I work from home so I’m available almost everyday all day. After a month or so of changing dates he ghosted us. Won’t return messages or venmo request for our money back. He’s a con-artist it seems. Cody did not show up for our originally scheduled appointment, nor the rescheduled appointment. I never received any service from this business , yet Cody will not refund my money. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER fake company! criminals stealing money. they will ask for the full price up front, string you along with excuses and then block your number. cody matthew's is a crook. rot in hell cody

Steer clear from this company. It is a scam. service cancelled and did not show up several times and did not communicate in timely manner. They did the same to a friend of mine - same excuses and had her prepay and will not refund her money. Gave same excuse to me and my friend and others here: flat tire and tree falling on house. Do not waste your time - pay extra for better quality and reliable service somewhere else. Please report business.
