I had been a client since 2019.I wish I can put zero star because the service is unprofessional and person behind this company is not responsive and does not give the service he promised for the moneyMy question toward the service began as the trainer was unprofessional by being always on the phone and yawning during the training. Then she went missing as COVID happened and she wasn't reachable. Derrick who is the CEO of the company gave me another trainer but it kept changing every three months. I was just told each time the trainer changed. I had a great trainer, Hannah, who was always responsive and listened to what I wanted to do. Yet she had to quit because she was not happy with the way she was treated by the company.Then Derrick said he is going to take me as a client. A whole disaster happened. He kept forgetting the personal training class I had with him. I had to remind him the days before to make sure he will be there but still he didn't show up. I was super annoyed by then and asked for his response to fix it. Then he became not reachable. He ignores my text and calls even though I still have sessions unused. I have asked him for the refund for the sessions I have left. He sent me an e-mail days later that he is going to make payment by August 2nd but of course. No response.Please stay away unless you want to become his assistant and lose money. It's almost been a month I have been asking for the refund. I hope I get my money back.

Derrick Billups is a con artist and thief. I paid for a package and he did not show up 5x in a row to a planned session. Each time he had an excuse (mostly lame ones like he was too tired, etc.). I literally paid him and was scammed out of my money. He refused to refund and blocked me on all forms of contact. I have a feeling he has a lot of animosity / hatred towards females and probably Asians from the looks of other reviews I see online. He has no morals, decency, professionalism. Not only did he steal my money, but he stole my time. He is a disgusting man and should be ashamed of himself. Horrible inside and out. I hope others see this and know not to support this awful human being.

Derrick Billups stole my money. I paid him for a package of personal fitness training sessions and he didn't even do 1 with me. I have been trying to get my money back for months. He won't give me a refund or his bankruptcy number. Never do business with him or his companies. He will scam you out of thousands.

Omg I’m so glad city fit has brought TLark to teach at Gazebo! She is THE BEST yoga instructor I’ve ever had and her classes are absolutely awesome! She makes yoga fun but challenging and I probably would never do yoga if it wasn’t for her so thank you so much for bringing her to us!

I heard about City Fit Concierge from my apartment complex. I noticed they offered yoga classes, but I was never around when they were being held. I got a promotional email about their personal training and how I could get a 10% discount as a resident. I reached out and got an instant reply and set up a consultation for that week. I bought a 10 pack of sessions and started the next week. I have loved working with Erin. She's so sweet, professional, encouraging. I am happy with the convenience of Erin coming to me and tailoring my workouts to my needs!

My building has had two City Fit events so far and everyone has loved them! From sweet Janaye (who taught one of the best yoga classes) to Derrick (who is one of the most energetic and positive people I've ever met) the team is clearly built on kindness and support. Improving your physical fitness can be intimidating and, for some people, vulnerable. City Fit ensures everyone feels safe and encouraged, which is all you can ask for. I look forward to more classes and personal training!

I absolutely LOVE City Fit! I work for a local apartment community and they have been so great! They do everything, such as yoga, circuit training, Zumba, fitness classes, massages and just about anything you can think of. Our residents enjoy having City Fit as an additional help to our amenities. Derrick & Ryan have always been positive, and accommodating and very flexible (: We would not have it any other way.
