I had a timing belt , pump, and tensioner replaced . This was the cheapest in all of Nashville. I called another garage and they tried charging me more than double what he charged me. I got it done all in one day . Satisfied customer

Chavez took great care of my Nissan Rouge after it was severely damaged due to a hit & run crash. The owner & staff were very friendly and informative. My vehicle looked practically brand new when I came to pick it up!! I was highly impressed. I will definitely do business with this shop again for any future repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. MECHANICS ARE CROOKED. I took my car to this shop to get my transmission fixed. I negotiated a price for $2000 (mechanics wanted $2300). The mechanics held my car for over A MONTH to replace the transmission. When I finally did get my car back, I noticed that the steering wheel did not align with my the wheels of my car anymore ( see pics ). So I took it back. The mechanic explained that it was hard to align the steering wheel again after they took the car apart so they did the best they could. This was unacceptable to me and I demanded they fix the steering wheel because it wasn't like that when I brought it in and it should go without saying it shouldn't be misaligned. The owner, Jin, tells me I'd have to pay for them to fix the problem they caused. I also noticed that they had broke the latch to my hood, so that I can no longer pop the hood of my car. Jin tells me I have to pay to have that fixed also. TOTAL SCAM. I shouldn't have to pay for labor for something they broke. These people do not do their jobs correctly. AVOID. I am suing in small claims court for the total cost of the repair and what it will cost to have another mechanic fix the steering wheel and hood latch.

I have been a loyal customer since 2009 until I needed a new catalytic converter and was quoted $1030, which was cool since I gathered quotes and they matched the price. Their mechanic broke the bolts and decided to charge me an additional $300 for the labor and bolts and blamed it on my previous repair shop...I never had an converter issue before this and I bought the car brand new, which means it was never touched beforehand. I am very unhappy with the turnout and would not recommend their services to anyone. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and rather lose a long term client over a few hundred bucks.
