Chase bank is probably the worse bank I've used. Anytime i try to call and try to make my car payment im always Being cut off as if the bank teller can read my mind. Then they move me to an automated person which they don't upkeep because it never works. You type in your phone or card number and it reads back random numbers. You would think for being a huge bank they would have stuff under control!!

My debit card was hacked. Or I thought, until I filed the claim and was told by Customer support that it came out through apple pay. I lost the claim. Customer service said I needed to come here and show my apple pay transactions, that I didn’t use it to make these payments and have them fax it to the claims dept. So I went, and this older white haired man was “helping” me. I said I needed help with a claim I made. Immediately said they are so busy, can’t help srry bye ?? I told him “the claim is already done, I lost it. The customer service rep said I need to come here and show my apple pay transactions, that I didn’t use it to make these payments and have you fax it, ect.” He was not listening to me, he kept mansplaining different things that i already knew and had nothing to do with my request. i wasn’t being taken seriously at all. i was very clear & kind and yet it took him forever to understand my request. to print a screenshot, and fax it with my claim number. I had the fax number and my claim number written down with me. Finally he said, “Well it needs to be in paper form so we can fax it.” I pointed out that I should be able to email it to someone here and it just needs printed then. he said no bc they have a “closed network”. I know I can send an email to a teller. When I opened my account with Chase, I conversed back and forth with the teller that helped me, through email. Anyway, the fraudulent activity amounted to almost $700 and I wasn’t helped to make this fax. Left and cried in my car, knowing I won’t be able to make my car payment tomorrow.

I love Chase bank, it's been my bank for 18+ years after Capital One did me very wrong, I've had it through 5 moves. 5 states, 7 cities and no complaints. Now, I move to Tn, outside of Nashville, nice area and the closest Chase is either downtown (35-45 mins or more depending on traffic) or in Green Hills a solid 30+ minutes away. Why are there so few Chase banks in Nashville? You operate here, there are people here that need banks, why so few locations??? I'm going to have to change banks just to deposit cash I get and that's a shame. I can't drive 35-45 every time I need to make a non check deposit. I'm super disappointed as I think they are great!

I opened up a new account with them yesterday, and I can already tell I made a mistake. Deposited a check that I needed and they put a 10 day hold on it. I called and they had a very nonchalant attitude about. Now I'm just stuck like chuck. Thanks chase ?(SillyKing Denny?)

Can you give negative stars? Chase Bank is a bunch of crooks.They want to charge you $10.00 to cash a check they issued of you don't have an account and won't let you open an account to cash the check.This bank is one of the reasons their should not be banks!!!! Don't bank here!!!!!!

Chase in general is not a good company, however, they have outdone themselves this time. They screwed up the online connection between different accounts and when I went i to this branch to rectify it the bank representative told me he would "get it resolved" and then never called me back. When I tried to call the branch multiple times, you cannot get through. I may end up having to pay off my loan just to be able to terminate my relationship with this bank. Beyond disappointing.

I got here early and waited until 9am just to find out that they will not have any business banking staff in all day. I was told I would have to go to another location. They didn't offer to schedule me an appointment even though I waited for there site to open.

What's the use of putting your phone number when it never gets picked? Recently got the account opened, contacted customer care with queries and they directed me to the Branch directly. Since, then I am trying to reach them over phone, but no one picks.
