The front has 2 different opening times. Door said 10am but wasn't open at 10:10, called the number and he answered and said he wouldn't even be in for another 30 min. Definitely call before driving. We are from a different state and had a screen get cracked. This was a waste of time and gas coming here.

What a nice and fair guy! Took a front and back shattered phone. Took a few days for parts and unexpected battery problems, but at pick up my daughter basically has a new phone for a great price. We will be back!

Website reads that it opens at 9:00am I show up at 9:00am doors locked I call he tells me 11:00 am I come back at 11:09 doors are locked. Wasted my time

Very nice man. Cheapest price around. My phone was smashed and screen was red. Verizon said they thought it was broke beyond repair.. Cellphone ER Fixed it and put on a new screen protector for $110 even. Done in 20 minutes too.. I also told him I was going to trade this phone in today and get a new one and he said "okay bring the new one back and I'll put on screen protector for free"
