Stephen and his crew were fantastic. The store itself is adorable but the staff are what really stand out. They carefully walked us through their products and helped us pick a great mattress for our son. He loves it and we couldn’t be happier.

I met Taylor yesterday, while shopping for a potential new mattress. She informed me of all my options and the snow technology. I left the boutique so knowledgeable and feel really confident about my next mattress purchase.

Barry was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I did read some other reviews and it seems that we're all on the same page that the salespeople at Casper are really good. We also came out of the store with a mattress after trying all the beds. I like how you can legit test them as if you were in your house.

My husband and I purchased a California king mattress and pillows/bed sheets and requested for a delivery date of 9/13. On 9/13, everything arrived BUT the mattress. I called customer service three separate times over the course of 7 days and was told each time the store made a mistake in holding the order until 9/13 so the mattress didn’t even go through production until then and to expect a tracking number within 24-48 hours. A week later we still have not received the mattress or tracking information. Overall, we can’t even rate the quality of the mattress because we haven’t received it and customer service continues to gives us the run around on where the mattress is.

I just need to say, the staff at Casper Green Hills are probably the most helpful and engaging salespeople I've dealt with in my entire life - if upper management is reading this, make sure to keep them happy and keep them around! I was in and out of the store with a new mattress within 40 minutes. The products themselves are amazing, but the people take the store above and beyond.

Highly recommend the Green Hills store rather than purchasing online. The staff there is very helpful,professional. Excellent Customer Service. Its always important to have a real person to navigate your purchase if needed. Im thrilled to have my Casper products.

All I can say is WOW! The customer service at this store is absolutely amazing! Steven and Elise helped me with buying my new mattress and they were so kind and so helpful! I’ve worked retail 5 years, and these associates were absolutely amazing!!

DeeDee was absolutely fantastic! Our current mattress is on its last leg and after being treated harshly at other furniture stores in the area, DeeDee took her time and explained everything to us regarding the mattresses. She even emailed us a quote with price breakdowns and communicated greatly with us regarding the financing and ordering. I can’t wait to receive our new bed. Thank you DeeDee!

If I could put zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I walked in, and were haphazardly greeted by an employee. The first thing he said was, you here for a mattress? We said yes. He said try this one and pointed to one. Did not tell us what the bed was made of, what to expect, didn't ask us what kind of bed we were looking for, asked us nothing. We didn't even realize we were laying on different beds, they were pushed together, until we got up and had to look for him. There were other employees there, but they never acknowledged us. He then told us to lay on another pair of beds. I was like I don't even know what I'm laying on. He then announced we could take a bed home today. I said take a queen bed home today? He said yep. I asked if they finance he said yep mumbled something and pointed toward a laptop that had food and a water bottle sitting in front of it. What were we sposed to do with a laptop that looked like it was in use? No idea. I was so frustrated we just left. He offered no other information, and didn't even offer us a card and acted like he cared whether we a bought a bed there or not. Without a doubt one of the worst experiences I've had a customer. We will not be buying a Casper bed. not now. Not ever.

Horrible online customer service. I was quoted 1-5 business days for delivery, a month later and I still don’t have my order. Customer service has apologized but hasn’t actually done anything to fix the problem. They’ve told me I would be able to get my delivery within 24 hours every day for a week and half. If I could give zero stars I would. Go with Purple instead, more comfortable and better service.
