Never going back to this store they don’t know anything about drag Rc cars told me they can’t take my Rc car cause of a little body damage the chassis and batteries and stuff cost way more then the body trash store people go to the Madison or Dickerson Pike the people at them stores are way better people

Poor customer service from what I suspect the manager. They were allowing 1 person in at a time , which is totally acceptable based on company policy. But I was told I needed to basically buy something or have an employee help me. It's a flipping pawn shop! You never know what you might want. She lost a potential large sale forever. Also cash America is a national publicly traded company and I'm sure this cannot be good for business, or she may not care.

Went in there today and they offered me $60 for 3 real gold rings that wasn't messed up when down the road already offered double that. This cash america tries to ripe people off really bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone sell anything to this cash america. Find a different one. They try to tell you that their system is the same as other one, but that's a lie. I have been to several around town and they will all offer you different prices.
