I've been a collector of just about anything you can think of and recently have been trying my hand at fine jewelry. I've experienced many times now where a pawn broker offers less than even scrap price on a quality piece I've brought in, mistaking my motivation to sell as desperation out of necessity When dealing with store manager Tanya, that type of experience was not the case at all. I was offered a transparent valuation and provided with a loan I could feel good about taking. Tanya has the kind of knowledge base one can only get from years of experience within the field. It's great to know a bottom line isn't always the bottom line and that there are still places where you can deal with wonderful personalities like Tanya's and recieve a fair offer on your quality items!

Probably shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I had the money to buy anything in this store. I got treated very ignorantly based on my outfit I suppose. I didn't need layaway or payments to buy anything. When someone says they have the money to buy it outright you should just believe them and not keep treating then otherwise.

Hustlers! My wife was visiting family we live out of state. She stopped in to look at jewelry, she bought me a gift necklace of a hook and a chain suppose to be 14k as the clerk told her. I once the necklace got to me I looked and as ANY jeweler should be able to spot immediately, it plainly says on tag AU PERU 9.25 1/8 14K MEANING 14K PLATED OVER SILVER. So I have a $50 necklace that costs $600. These people are thieves and hustlers. Avoid at all costs.

Almost everything seemed way overpriced especially firearms. There were firearms there that were listed 5-20 percent over MSRP. These guns are used and their value isn’t nearly as much especially since there are literal gun stores with the same exact gun but new with a much lower price. Most other things were close enough to the brand new price that it wouldn’t be worth buying it when you know you can get it new for a few extra bucks. I’ve been to several pawn stores and this one is the worst so far when it comes to pricing.

Never did I imagine my interest would include pawn shops. This one is top notch and has nice people. Since the start of the pandemic there has been a shortage of power tools on the market and I've been looking at Ebay, Goodwill, and Pawn shops to get odd tools like sanders and Dremels. They carry an eclectic mix that changes daily. I picked up a Dremel 4000 with a dozen accessories and hard shell case for a small fraction of the price when the shortage has limited the stock available in the USA.

Worst customer service! 0 stars if I could, no one said hello for almost twenty minutes while I stood there. The employees were in the corner talking and playing on their phones, a guy who looked like the manager was just oblivious. I left and to be honest I'd rather throw my stuff in the garbage or give it to Goodwill than let them make money on any of my old items, stay clear of this establishment!

They always give me the best deal they can and work with me on loans and payments. Always a friendly staff. Much better than the guys down the road.

This is my fav. Pawn shop... I'd give 5 stars but I dont want to give any pawn shop 5 stars. Having to pawn your stuff sucks..then again, having the option is wonderful. Unless no one wants your stuff >_<

Christie added sunshine to my cloudy day... After being let down by "A Wise" Loan & Jewelry on, I found it was "wise" that I refuse his offer & walk on down to C A Pawn who made me feel welcome & comfortable from the start. No need to look to any place else folks. Go to C A on 61st & Charlotte were they are professional & understanding. I would give a 5⭐ but this was my first time. ✌

I've always had a good experience at this CA Pawn. Can't say so much for the one next to Whitebridge but this one (on the hill) has given me many good loans and deals on merch. Stacey, Ronnie, Jeff and the crew are great.
