I came in with an injury to my shoulder and I was seeking help and a basic exam. NP (or PA) Shannon was quick and didn’t provide any kind of medical assistance. A complete waste of my time. If you do come here, PA Jill is definitely a step above.
The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful though.

I never have a bad experience, I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of college. I’m a 5th year now and I’ve always been treated nicely . Only con sometimes is parking but that’s out of their control! Thank you guys for always taking care of me <3

I made an appointment online and i waited probably 5 minutes to get in after i arrived. Super sweet lady that was my Tech, along with the Doctor. Really great environment. I was skeptical about coming in because it’s right beside Downtown Nashville but these people are AWESOME! 10 stars ??✨

I came in early and they got me back quickly. Max was great and had wonderful bedside manner which helps when you feel terrible! Definitely recommend this location.

Staff was great! I had to wait a little while to be seen but was told when I registered that they were busy. Worth the wait for sure. Got checked by the doctor, diagnosed and meds prescribed. We were visiting from out of state so the staff helped us find a pharmacy nearby. Thank you for taking such good care of me ?
