Beth DeKoninck, Nurse Practitioner, saw me on Monday 10/21/24. She referred me to the ER and an orthopedic doctor. I saw an orthopedic doctor ASAP on 10/25/24, but they would not back date my medical leave paperwork because I was seen at CareNow Downtown Nashville prior to seeing them. I returned to CareNow to have medical leave paperwork completed and it took approximately 4 1/2 hours to complete a few lines on paperwork I provided from my company. I saw upwards of 15 patients come and leave during my time there. I felt mocked by the front desk person and ignored. They told me I could come back Tuesday of the following week, but my employer required the paperwork and I had no choice but to wait for it. I will not be utilizing this urgent care in the future and I encourage others to go elsewhere.

the people at the front desk and the doctor were very welcoming and friendly and made me feel very comfortable!

Super efficient. There are bo appointments but if you precheck on the website is like having an appointment

Came by Monday night October 21st 2024 due to me getting into a car crash and I was met with unprofessionalism and extreme rudeness. The medical receptionist was in no way interested in caring for me and was all around unpleasant. When she spoke to me she spoke very short, she made faces, she clicked her nails on the desk and made me hop through every obstacle possible to try to make me not want to stay. When it came down to it, it clicked in my head that I didn’t even want to be touched by the staff. I knew they wouldn’t do a thorough job and would just try to get me out of there. Being a black woman, I was excited to see another fellow black woman in the healthcare field but after my interaction with her, I realized that maybe my excitement was a mistake. I’ve been seen at this location before but this is by far the worst experience ever. 0/10.

Waited over 1.5 hrs even when I checked in online prior. Patients came in after me and went back before me. When asked about this I was told the monitor shows I am next in line, but was told that is “AI” and not correct. Very very unprofessional and unorganized.
