Felt overlooked and rushed during my health visit. The front desk and nurse were attentive, but the Physician Assistant (PA) seemed like she was in a rush. The nurse collected all my information and inquired about my concerns, mentioning they only had a PA available.When the PA arrived, she briefly explained her attire, examined my ear for a minute, and swiftly provided a diagnosis. She didn't ask any questions or offer an opportunity for me to inquire. As I tried to seek clarification on her diagnosis and remedy, she attempted to leave the room multiple times .I had to literally say “ i know you are trying to leave but i came here for multiple concerns. Then i mention my second health concern, to which she seemed unaware, leaving me feeling rushed and unheard.Note : New to town and haven’t found my PCP and thought this felt like an emergencyDespite my expectations, I'll be seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) soon. Just sharing my experience for awareness. But again i should have expected this from an urgent care on a sunday just sharing my experience!

First things, front desk representative were rude and looks frustrated while asking questions. Lack of knowledge and say whatever they wants to tell to patience to check in and getting money.Next the provider was lazy that she even didn’t spend for 3 minutes with me (patience). Didn’t check my chest with Stethoscope while I already talked about chest pain while coughing. No recommendations for any prevention/ no suggestions from provider.Its my unfortunate that I choose to go this clinic. This clinic will never see me again in this generation. Just this location until if all staffs replace with new staff. I did understand for wait time of 1.5 hrs because it’s walk in.

The Care Now Urgent Care facility on Bell road and Cane ridge road is very clean! Their staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. I did have to wait 2 hours to be seen but we are however in a flu out break here in Nashville. Over all I was happy with the care I received and will return in the future. I've also taken my kids there.
