I called looking for a specific nut that I couldn’t find anywhere else and they had them in stock. Greg, who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and generous and the fellows inside when I picked up were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for all my fastener needs from now on.

Sign says $5 minimum. Understandable, NP…. But tried to charge me $10 minimum for using my company card. I went to Action Bolt instead.

Hands down worst customer service experience I've had in a while. Rushed off the phone. Very little attention detail and overall impersonal experience. For it to be a "family-owned" and operated business, my experience wasn't "family-friendly". 1 star.

Literally over an hour to buy a single bag of machine screws, and they didn't even have the basic machine screws I needed. They told almost every customer they were out of at least one thing they asked for. They weren't even busy. In the hour I was there they served 5-6 total customers. Unbelievable. Nice guys, but nobody has time to wait around all day to be told they don't have it. Go anywhere else.

Stop in and see Dewayne. These guys have massive inventory and if the dont have it they will get it. Always friendly.
