Awesome place to get your car washed! The staff is extremely friendly, and always greet you with a smile and a gift usually! They always have nice clean towels to clean your car with and get in those crevices. And they have a blow machine and the best vacuums I’ve ever used.

The Camel by far is the best carwash I have ever been to. Between my 2 Lexus and my Dodge Ram… we have been to many.I have a monthly membership.I am there 3 times a week for 1.5 hrs a visit to detail my truck.My only negative experience were the few who go there , blast their music and smoke weed between wiping down/vacuuming their vehicle.Ear pods/buds should be mandatory if you choose to listen to your own music.Is weed even legal in TN?Still a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review.Ignorance is bliss and ppl are going to do, what they are going to do.

I just purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla. After my second wash at Camel, I had several scratches on my car. I won't be going back.

It gets your car clean, but at the cost of your paint job. I asked specifically if they get any concerns of swirling and was told no. Guess I'm the schmuck for believing them because now my M3 is all swirly.

I'm so disappointed I have to write this review but IF YOU HAVE A CAR 5 YEARS OR OLDER DONT GO HERE and if you do be ready to pay for any damages yourself. Recently they broke my taillight and refused to take any responsibility or help with the damage. I have had 3 different damages with their overpowered drying fans. My most recent incident the machine blew my entire driver tail light cover off and shattered it in the machine. Now a $12 car wash costs me $200 Volvo taillight :/ and I can never return any of my cars to this wash or recommend that anyone who has a vehicle older than 5 years. They will literally break off parts of your vehicle off. When they do "investigate" and send you an email with it happening directly on the camera and they say they are not liable since the vehicle is older than 5 years. It's a legal umbrella they use to hide under even tho the video clearly shows their machine blew off parts of your car. Previously our Kia (2014) almost had the drivers side mirror blown off it smacked so hard back I thought it was a goner. Once I realized the mirror was ok I didn't report anything just thought the fan was a bit aggressive. The second incident my Volvo (2010) mirror was blown out of the holder but luckily we were able to glue it back in socket so I didn't report it but I should have taken that as a big red flag after the first incident with the Kia. And now this third incident proved that they will not help you if they damage your vehicle I tried to keep it private and talk with the management directly but since they show no sense of responsibility I figured I should let everyone know how it really works if they damage your vehicle. Good luck out there y'all it's sad when businesses can't own up to their mistakes and make things right.

Went in a week ago, purchased a plan online (discounted the first month), the guy working says it would have been better if I had purchased at the store, unclear why. He puts a barcode sticker on my windshield, and I go through the wash. Today I go to the store for a "quick wash" but the barcode doesn't work, the employee says they have no info on my account, I have to park my car and come inside to fix the issue! Yall, this was SUPPOSED to be a quick and easy stop on my way home, I need to use the restroom so the employee invites me to use the facilities at the McDonald's next door(?! I'm sure McDonald's loves that), eventually gets all my info again, and says it shouldn't happen anymore. Buddy, it shouldn't have happened AT ALL. After all that, the wash was subpar, both times my wheels were still nasty, there is a dirty stripe down the center of the car where the wash consistently misses, and there is a now a film on my windshield that creates a glare when I'm driving in the rain at night. Based on other reviews, I better start the cancellation process early, as it also doesn't go through on the first attempts. If JOINING is this difficult, I'm dreading the canceling process.

Easy process to get started even if you do not have a membership. Line wasn’t too long and moving at a good rate. Was in the actual car was about 1.5 minutes. There were no vacuums available but will come back and vacuum at a less crowded time. Overall good service
