I visited expecting to replace rotors and brakes, but due to budget restrictions was unable to do both. Budget Brakes was the only shop that offered to replace the brakes without having to replace the rotors at the same time. This allowed me to get my brakes and to be able save up for the rotors in a couple of months. Being on a limited fixed income this made my day! I will definitely be back to get those rotors replaced.

My brakes were screeching and I thought I needed new brakes. They looked at it and the brakes were fine but the backing had come loose on one and caused the noise. They fixed it and I was on my way within 30 minutes, GREAT JOB!!!

Budget brakes took a look at my brakes and told me that I did not need new brakes and so they saved me a lot of money. The car dealer told me I needed new brakes and it would be $350 for brakes on the rear. I did not need brakes! The guy showed me how much pad was left, and I was amazed and shocked that my dealer had lied to me.

They did great work. But the one mechanic that took my car for a spin to test the brakes went snooping around in my car. He mentioned a pistol that I have in my armrest, somewhere he had no business being in, telling me it was nice. He totally invaded my space and I don’t appreciate that at all.

Very kind staff. Very thorough and Professional. Brought my car here due to brakes grinding. They were a 2nd opinion as a previous competitor misdiagnosed what my issue was. This company SHOWS you what's wrong, explains in simplest forms to average consumer. Wish they had more pay financing options in today's world like Affirm,PayPal & Klarna, it helps when you're on a budget. Car repairs can be very costly. As was this repair. They finished my repair a day ahead of promised day. We came right at closing time but they waited & we Appreciated that. Gave 4 stars because my husband & I asked about coupons, promotions or sales specials on such an expensive repair & was told no, that they do not offer them. On pickup day as stated earlier we came right at closing. My husband did indeed find a $15 off coupon on our repair fee and they honored it. Not a whole lot but every little bit helps. As we were driving off their lot, my husband was behind me in our 2nd car and was blowing the horn stating my front passenger tire was VERY low. The staff pulled back in and said they didn't have anything to inflate the tire & to go down the street to Kwik Mart. Your company services brakes and this should've been seen when you were doing the repairs on my brakes. I think since they were closed, they didnt want to go back in the shop to inflate the tire. I brought my car in with all tires inflated so I don't know how the tire was almost flat. So, we drove up the street to Kwik mart and filled the tire up. Overall, we will come back here as they were accurate with what needed to be done. Please add those financing options as that will definitely help with other pay methods. I would definitely recommend them. Just make sure you inspect your vehicle BEFORE you drive off the lot. Kelvin was very kind and Brian was helpful and patient to wait on us due to rush hour traffic. Thank you Budget brakes. Should we need your service again in the future, we will be calling you first. Take care.

Job got done. Will say this is not a budget friendly place. 2 new rotors and 4 brake pads. And some brake fluid for 777 dollars. If i was not in a rush to fix i would have chose elsewhere.
