Had to first make a request on their online system and then got no response. I called the shop to follow up. The guy I spoke with didn't know if they repaired stereo components made by Adcom. The man said he would call me back but he never did call. If I owned or managed a business, the customer would be paramount. I have other components that need various levels of work but this business didn't seem interested. Shame on them.

I bought a Marshall JCM2000 DSL100 from a pawn shop that needed work. I brought it to British Audio. They diagnosed it, installed a matched set of tubes, set the bias, cleaned the scratchy pots and cleaned the contacts. They brought my Marshall back to life and made it a fire breather like it’s supposed to be. I really appreciate their work and will bring my tube amps to their shop for future repairs.

This place is amazing. Seth set my Gretsch up exactly like I wanted when others couldn’t. Great communication and service through the whole process. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I purchased a full Kemper set-up from Shane at British Audio in 2020 right before everything shut down. Even through those difficult times, Shane kept his business going and still, if my experience was any indication, kept his customer service at a high level with all of the challenges facing him.
Just recently I had a need for another Remote, and wouldn't you know it it, he had a unit he had just done the power mod on, and he gave me a great deal on it. Shipped it fast, and I did my shows that weekend, and have been happy with its performance, but more importantly, happy with my experiences with Shane and his crew.
I'm a customer for life!
