Hear about this boot store from online, went in to look for some boots because of the deal they have. first off I realized that all boots were mostly fake leather or had some sort of problem with it, you could obviously tell that the workers were making commission off of what we were paying for the boots. I decided to buy boots anyways, got home and the boot were all scuffed up on the bottom and had marks all over them. went to go return them and they said that they couldn’t except it because they weren’t like that when I bought them. terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you want good deals go elsewhere.

Heard about the great deals so figured why not go try them out got the 3 for 1 deal, got back home and seen that the soles on my boots NEVER WORN ON PAVMENT OR TOUCHED DIRT were all scuffed, tried to return and was told I didn't buy them like that and I couldn't return them, yes they have great deals and some good brands but overall terrible experience, Do not recommend if you want good deals and a good product go elsewhere

Great selection and great staff! Being new to boots, I had a lot of questions. JP took the time to educate me on all things boots. He also checked for different sizes in the styles I was looking for. Excellent customer service!! I mean, I got 3 pairs of boots for the price of one...AMAZING!!! A+++++++++++++

Terrible customer service. I asked an associate who was just standing up front, for help looking for a size I did not see on the floor. She took the shoe and never came back. 15 minutes later my husband waited in line to asked the same associate for help with the same shoe, she told him he would have to wait while she rang up the customers behind him. Then another associate started helping us, she gave up and was found wondering around the men's area. When the original lady finally approached me, 30 minutes later, with the pair of shoes in her hand I said "Oh you found them" only to be told no those were the original pair I gave her and that they were short staffed and the person in the back room was on lunch, vut they did have the size I needed.
Don't waist your time or money here. Go buy 1 pair of good boots at a reputable establishment, your feet and your patience will thank you

Old white lady continued to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable, Manager named mark kept urging me to buy boots and would be very loud and disrespectful to employees. The whole environment seems like a joke the Manager acts so weird and acts so scary. Definitely wouldn’t regimented this racist boot store to anyone very cheap boots and disgusting people.

Amazing place… the “buy 1, get 2 free” slogan is really the real deal. If you choose to just buy one pair it’ll be the same price as 3. And that first pair is NOT ridiculously expensive but very fairly priced for such nice boots. In the ladies sizes there’s a huge selection of glittery and sparkly boots. ? Love this place!!!!!
