My family lives in TN I'm from NJ I insisted on getting boots! Best place ever everyone was so pleasant. I'm going to be honest I'm a very picky person hard to please. Jeff assisted me and he was wonderful gave me information on how the boot should fit. Gave me ALOT of other opinions he was Great. Will be back, and highly recommend

Went there while we was on my wife's company trip to Nashville Tennessee. Can't beat the price on buy one and get two free. They had a really nice selection of boots and different styles as well as colors to choose from.

Really great deal! The quality seems to be good as well. The selection is a little more limited and standard when compared to other locations like boot barn, but if you're looking for a staple style at a good price this is the place to visit. Overall had a good experience shopping here and utilizing the buy 1 get 2 free deal. Service is hands off, similar to other stores on Broadway as they're busy.

I took my wife 3 years ago to the Nashville strip for a vacation stopover. As We were walking the strip. We went to a restaurant. And I actually went to a Urinal. And as I looked eye level. I saw a Advertisement sign that said buy one,get two free. And what do you do when your in Nashvile? The Country Music Capital of the World? You buy Boots! And, it turned out we were like 4 Bars away. I walked out with 4 pair of good looking boots. 3 for the wife,and she allowed me to get the other one. I was Impressed with their selection and quality. I would Love to find Boot Country out here in Texas. They have some Amazing deals. I will buy my wife boots almost every Christmas. And that's what I am doing......again.......today. I am looking for those great price deals. Unfortunately,I may have to spend way More money.And,I won't get those Boot Country Deals. :(

Hey there I’ve tried calling keep getting voicemail I know how busy you all are! Just came back from Nashville 3 weeks ago, had to stop here and grab some boots, I did the buy 1 get 2, everything is wonderful and fit perfect except for the 1 pair I didn’t try on the left foot it’s much smaller than the right foot as you can see in the photo I know they are handmade so I’m sure this happens, would there be anyway I could get a different left foot cuz I really like the boots… thanks!MereUPDATE manager Brittany contacted me,I’ll be getting a return label, things happen I was taken care of and will buy from them again next time I’m in town

Great store, If you want cowboy boots, this is the place. They also have several types of hats for sale. Staff were a little impolite, as it was close to closing, and rather than win a sale, they just wanted everyone to leave the store.

It’s not a joke or a scam. The boots really are buy 1 get two free, and they are genuine leather or exotic materials like python, lizard or ostrich. It can get busy, and some sizes take a while to come down from upstairs, but the customer service is good and the smell of the store alone is worth the visit for someone wanting the Nashville experience.A median prize for a pair of boots here is $329, which means you get each pair for $110. That’s a good deal.They don’t give you a box, but you do get a bag. You’ll want to drop them off at your hotel immediately so you’re not carrying boots around all night long. Haha

While I didn't buy any boots, staff were very friendly and offered their ability to find any boot in my size. Wide selection of cowboy boots, men's and women's, and some ankle boot styles but mostly mid-calf height.
