Walking into Boot Barn can be a bit intimidating due to all of the products and choices which isn’t a bad thing luckily I had a floor worker named Caleb who was understanding, kind and professional. Looking for jeans with a 36 inch inseam and fit properly can be challenging yet Caleb had great recommendations that led to purchasing Cody James jeans and they are exactly what I was looking for without knowing what I was looking for. Thank you Caleb and Boot Barn for your help.

This was my first time to a Boot Barn ! This store is very aesthetically pleasing, organized and very friendly associates. I got my first pair of cowgirl boots and I adore them.

Bought some Ariat men's boots for a good price. Sales person was very knowledgeable about boot types, materials, comfort, etc. Lots of options for men and women for clothing and footwear.

The three for 1 deal SOUNDS good until you realize that one pair cost as much as three would. I was disappointed with the selection as I like very unique styles. However, the quality for most boots seemed good. The hat selection was disappointing.

My husband hasn't even had them a full week.. we just literally got them . Something fell on his foot at work and the front of the boot is over for..this is not leather, if it is it is fake soft leather. These boots are SUPER TRASH for the price ! Do not do it save your money #buyerbeware

Ivan was our sales rep who was very helpful and patient with my wife's decision on which boots to buy. He was professional, and very friendly. I cant say enough nice things about him. Caleb and Desiree were both very helpful in our shopping experience. Caleb was knowledgeable in all things boots and leather, and I swear Desiree was a stenographer in a past life with her typing skills.
