Yes!! Beautiful boots and clothes!! Hard to get only one pair!! I bought a gorgeous boho fringe purse and some Miranda Lambert cowboy boots. So comfy! The service was excellent & they even conditioned the boots for me and held my old pair and purse until the next day as I couldn’t bring them to CMA fest!!

They got boots! Lots of em. Staff was helpful even when there were lots of customers. Many new staff there, all were wonderful. Common sizes were sold out of a lot of designs but we did visit late in the evening. Still found what we wanted and enjoyed the experience.

Despite Boot Barn's claims of an excellent return policy, the cowgirl boots I purchased as a gift were shipped in the wrong size—7 instead of the 8.5 I specified. This oversight has cost me nearly $400 on a mistake created by Boot Barn. BEWARE when you decide to make your next purchase! It may not be the size you ordered and even worse you won’t see your money!!

On Friday, May 17th my boyfriend and I were in Nashville. We live on Long Island and for a few months prior to visiting Nashville, he had been saying he wants to buy "Nashville Boots".
You have quite a selection at your store. He bought black cowboy boots and Ariana was very helpful. Karl has problems w/ his instep and has to wear wider shoes/boots. She treated his boots w/ some soloution and ot helped. She told him about a kit with smaller bottles of polish and a solution for shining the boots w/ a hand towel included.
I also got a brown leather pocketbook with a drawstring tassle. Just wanted to acknowledge Ariana's Assistance and knowledge.

They have hands down some of the most beautiful boots I’ve ever seen at this store. Large selection, gorgeous boots and clothes, but oh my the pricing.

My nephew got his first Cowboy hat today and Taylor couldn’t have been more helpful. He was incredibly sweet and kind to my 11 yr old nephew and even shaped his hat for him. He cannot stop talking about his new hat and how nice Taylor was to him. Great customer service from an awesome guy!

Employees were very rude. Had two employees have a bad attitude. I was walking and tuned a corner and did not see an associate. He proceeded to keep walking instead of politely allowing me to proceed and roll his eyes at me. Then as I was standing with my friend and there was a bare shelf I was leaning my elbow on. A 2nd associate came along and said excuse me, so I moved closer to the rack so she could get by, thinking why she needed more room there was plenty. Then she said no move your arm your pushing off clothes. After looking at the shelf closer I proceeded to apologize and say I didn’t see that pile because it was already moved. Again their employees must like to do the eye roll and said yeah ok. Seriously???? We dropped what we were about to purchase and walked out. Won’t be getting our business anymore.

Great selection of boots, in all colors and styles. But Brianna was so sweet and helpful! Really, the most fantastic sales person. She took an interest in helping me, and making sure that I was happy.

Love my boots. Second pair at this location. First visit great service second left much to be desired. The cashier did not even speak to me. I had to actually say, "I am ready to check out". He seemed to be more concerned about the other women checking out in a totally different line. He talked to her the entire time I was checking out.
