I purchased an iPhone 7 from boost for my sons girlfriend because her current phone was broken. Boost send me the phone in the mail. I found out a few days later that the phone is defective. I called to have it replaced they told me it would take 2 weeks. That's absolutely outrageous that boost does business this way. Be warned people. I would steer clear of this company if at all possible. They knew the phone had a program issue before they sent it to me. Absolutely outrageous.

I have been at boost many different times for my job. In case Of a emergency phone for my employees to you and have and for Them to have if they didn't have a cell phone themselves. I've had the best service there everybody's been kind , helpful, and show me they care about their job. Never had problem with payment always when it supposed to be. I do remember having to get a extra phone and yes The bill and the new phone came in at the same time as the other phone. I Was glad that I didn't get two separate bills. The thing if you have a problem it helps to talk to a person and fix it. Now I have the devise of the Wi-Fi hotspot plan wonderful .Also the 49.99 hotspot wonderful .I just don't understand unhappy people. I should I've been in business for over 38 years and there's just people you can't satisfy. To write a review over something so silly you can tell they don't own a business . Must be in a crappy job. I'm sorry for them I'll pray for them Susan Wilkerson

I purchased a new phone and added the line. This store charged me a 20.00 fee to do that and cancelled my current plan which deleted my last monthly payment made only 6 days prior. They did not tell me this. You would be much better off ordering the phone from Boost and activating yourself.
