Horrible, absolute nightmare. This guy said he would fix my broken screen in 2-3 days for $75. He would never answer the phone and kept lying to me about the status when I would go in person. After 3 week he gave me a phone that looked like mine but was incompatible with any carrier as it was a minute phone. This guy has absolutely nothing to do with boost mobile don't let the sign fool you. also on my trips to the store to check on the status of my order I saw him ripping off other people selling them fake parts repeatedly and their phone still would not work.

Need to close it down they lose your paper work when u have paid your bill for that month and u take the recipient to them and they don't have it on the computer somebody don't know what they are doing

I went paid my an 2days later my phone was turned off its turned back on but the owner changed my plan with less data it's been almost 2 weeks issue still not resolved an remind I've been loyal customer for ova a year so with being said he gets no more money from me.
