Changed my review to a 5. Spoke to Missiel Torres and she extended a one night future stay. So no money was wasted. We appreciated that so much.
Looking forward to the stay.
Excited to stay here & flt had mechanical. Couldn’t get in, so we tried to cancel or at least get a voucher for future use. Hotel wouldn’t budge, told us to contact booking site & booking site told us to contact hotel. Too bad hotel wouldn’t assist and work with us, I’m sure we would have enjoyed our one night stay.

This is my second stay at Bode — due to a last-minute work trip I took a two-bedroom that happened to be available during my stay. What a beautiful space! Along with the bedroom there was a full kitchen with pans/silverware, large living room, and a private balcony/patio space. Included one bathroom but two separate sink areas. This place was honestly bigger than my apartment. Would be perfect to reserve with friends next time!

Very small room for $300 a night, no closet but staff was great and very close to Broadway where are the fun is. I'll give them 5 stars for the effort and follow up.
Walkability: Very close to where all the fun is. Walk with caution, there are lots of down and out people in every street corner.

This was the worst stay I have experienced. The rooms are super small with no space, the walls and windows are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING, we were not able to get any sleep because the room next to us was having some kind of breakfast meeting at the crack of dawn and we could hear everything they were talking about and laughing about. And the door was right by the window so you heard all the outside noises of people walking by and talking. The check in process was difficult and very inconvenient. The price for the product and service was not worth it. I would never recommend or stay here again.

Location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. We didn’t care for the furniture, although it looked great it was very uncomfortable! The one bedroom had no closet or any kind of dresser, so we lived out of our suitcase which was on the floor. When we received the confirmation it said check in was at 12pm, we thought perfect! But when we got there we were told we could get in at 12:00 for a charge of $40.00! I will say the bar there, which is like a speakeasy, was great! Great ambience and very friendly bartender. The picture I have is of our so called closet, 2 hangers on the wall. And the shower floor was a little filthy.

Old hourly motel with no services, in the afternoon and evening no one is present at the reception, even for simple information. They ask you 20 times a day if you want parking.... they must earn a lot given their insistence.
Check in is automatic without staff, for those who book with the agency, be careful because the email with the directions to enter goes to the agency and not to you, so you will be left outside the hotel. If you are lucky enough to receive the code to enter the room, beware that the locks are automatic battery operated, they may not work well.
There is no wardrobe in the room, and an armchair to sit on; It's the first time I've found a hotel without a wardrobe where I can store my clothes.
The room smells a lot, the carpet must be dirty and old, and they don't even provide two slippers for walking.
The location is unfortunate as it is close to a busy road and the sirens of police cars and ambulances are present even at night. The rooms on the first floor are arranged on a railing, as are those on the second floor, right below the rooms they have seen fit to place 4 Wood Tournament Cornhole Sets, which cause noises and children's screams.
Cleaning is not done unless you pay extra and request it a day before, so you will always have wet towels, an unmade bed and dirty cups and a used toilet.
For disabled friends the structure is equipped with lifts. The hotel is all black.

This is not a traditional hotel. There is no front desk. It is an old motel made to look newer with some paint. The room we stayed in was extremely moldy and stunk like an old shoe. I don't recommend this place.

We rented a 3 bedroom unit and from the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a hit. You walk into the coffee bar which is also use for check in and even tho we couldn’t check in as we got there too early; they were kind enough to accommodate and hold our luggage until our room was ready and we could explore a bit.
The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the entire premises were pristine at all times, nothing was out of place.
Rooms were very spacious and well organized with the things that you may need for your stay.
We had our coffees every morning and were always steady as flavor wise, GREAT STAFF!
We stayed in one night playing the games that they have in the Courtyard and listened to the one man band - Jason - who he was great BTW, staff at the bar was sweet and make great drinks.
To get into the areas were the rooms are you need to use a code in a pad so it wasy secure and it’s walking distances from Broadway, the Hockey Arena, the Country Hall of Fame and so many other attractions. If you aren’t afraid to walk, the Gultch is about 15 minutes walk so it wasn’t bad at all.
We absolutely will comeback to this marvelous hotel in our next visit as we were greatly satisfied.

The Bode was the perfect location for our weekend trip with friends! Walking distance to Hampton Social, Harpers, Pancake Pantry, City Tap and Broadway. Every morning I got a latte with sugar free vanilla and coconut and it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a 2 bedroom we just wanted the extra space with living room and kitchen it was nice to have the space. We were on the 2nd Floor which I would not recommend. We heard the people above us every time they walked or moved the furniture. It was so loud, ask for top floor and hopefully you get it. We did have to call security one night as they were partying until way after quiet time. Security was prompt and the noise stopped. They are very strict about the quiet time 11pm to 8 am. Unfortunately nothing they
could do for the heavy walkers above us. The staff is great did not use the Sidebar but did get coffee at the cafe. Coffee was good and staff friendly. It is also walking distance to Broadway which was nice. Would I stay here again, only if I was guaranteed a top floor room.
Rooms: Get top floor only the floors are super thin and you can hear the people walking above you
Walkability: Close to Broadway
