My stay at the Bobby Hotel in Nashville, TN was a mix of captivating decor, fine dining, and friendly encounters. The unique, artistic design of the hotel, showcased notably by the grand staircase, provided a grandeur that set the tone for an extraordinary experience. Dining at the Union Tavern proved to be a culinary delight, offering a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding. However, the balcony in my room faced windows to another room, missing the anticipated scenic view and desired privacy. Additionally, the inconveniences of having to visit the front desk for ice and the lack of brighter lighting options in the room were minor detractions from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this, interacting with Edgar at the Garage bar added a personal touch, making for pleasant conversations and leaving a lasting impression. In conclusion, the Bobby Hotel delivers a unique and memorable experience. While there were some areas that fell short, such as the balcony and some practical inconveniences, the hotel's distinctive style, excellent dining, and friendly staff made for a stay that will remain noteworthy in my memories of Nashville.Food & drinks: Get the filet at Union Tavern

We had a reservation for 8 pm for the rooftop igloos. We were told the abuelo drink was not being served though on the menu . The view was spectacular not to mention the ambiance . Though we had a 2 hour block of time we were told at 9:30 before some of our party members even received there food that we should pay the bill. The nachos I would say are more like a stew. Best option is the sliders delicious. We had to calculate the bill for our waiter and ask multiple times for to go boxes . Eventually I just went and asked for them . The real kicker was when we received the bill $139 was just the hotel, liquor sbd state tax . We would have typically spent like $275 but an additional $125 was tax. Great location next to printers alley . Fun time but not willing to pay that much in taxes again

We loved our stay here! This hotel has such a unique vibe with the decor that really gives the feel of Nashville. The staff, room, and food were awesome all the way around! I had a massage in the spa, and Jackie was fabulous! She truly is gifted, and her experience shows through the muscle focus without leaving you completely sore afterwards. I highly recommend The Bobby and Jackie for a 'treat yourself' weekend massage!

This hotel has a very cool vibe but for the money we were disappointed. We called ahead to request three rooms next to each other and to request something special done for two of the rooms as we were here celebrating our friends’ birthdays. The person I spoke with said I can get you on same floor but not guarantee next to each other and then said I will note you are interested in amenities. Didn’t even ask our name or anything. I said do I need to speak to the concierge about this and she then asked for our names and when we weee coming. And then said thank you goodbye. We arrived and weee all out on different floors and not a word about something for the two rooms. The staff doesn’t act like they want to help nor understand what you are asking for. Our iron was broken and the replacement was broken as well.Bathroom in room looks really cool there is no privacy and the lights come blaring through when someone gets up in the night to go to bathroom.Walkable to broadway but there is a hill.Rooms: Cool vibes and aesthetics but when all you want is to sleep not the best for that. Loud outside and music can be heard from outside and bar in 2nd floor room of our friends, outside noises can be heard, bathroom situation is like a light up room so wakes up anyone at night and echoes throughoutWalkability: There is a hill from broadway but walkable. Great restaurant 417 Union with the best pancakes and biscuits close.

Nashville is so fun! The trip was amazing however I would be very hesitant to return to the Bobby Hotel. The hotel is really pretty and the ambience sets the perfect mood. Rooftop, gorgeous. The valet is very personable and most of the hotel staff provided great service. However, please be aware, housekeeping might steal and wear your clothing. My short stay took a turn on day 2 when my guest and I returned to our room mid day after being out all morning. We walked in on the housekeepers (2) "cleaning" which was initially of minimum concern. I immediately noticed the shirt that one of the housekeepers had on because I had just bought the same shirt that week for the trip. The other housekeeper had on the Bobby uniform that the housekeeping manager later confirmed was a requirement for all staff-- first red flag. The housekeepers had our bed pillows on the floor which was disgusting and did not change the pillow covers due to their quick escape--second red flag. I noticed that a few pieces of clothing that I had laying on the floor and counters had been moved and piled up. We did not rush the housekeepers out but they insisted they were done which was awkward as they did not seem done and one of the housekeepers stood at the door telling the other housekeeper to "hurry up, come on". We stayed in this room for 2 more nights and did not have any other housekeeping services. On the last day of the trip I was looking for a graphic tee (the one just like the one the housekeeper had on) that I had packed specifically for the travel day and could not find it. I chalked it up to maybe I forgot to pack it. Upon returning home I was not able to locate it at all which made me feel really uneasy. I called the Bobby hotel within the next week to speak with hotel management about my concern and the housekeeping manager was not responsive. I called again to speak to upper management and was connected with the head of security. I explained the situation to him and asked him to run the tapes back as I noticed the cameras in the hallway and it would show the housekeeper leaving the room with my shirt on. He LAUGHED but said that the incident was so odd he would look into it and asked me to send him a picture of the shirt so I did. He also confirmed that it was not in the lost and found. A week or so later he sent me an update saying that my shirt had been located...in a trashcan at the hotel...and brought to the lost and found... SERIOUSLY? This was a brand new shirt with the tag still on it. How did it end up in the trash can from my suitcase? With no tag? A week later? He even sent me a picture of the shirt with him smiling in it. There was no apology, there was no further investigation, follow up, or anything. Yes the shirt was a shirt but the picture is WAY bigger. This housekeeper had stolen my property and was WEARING It in the room when I walked in and it magically appeared in lost and found nearly 2 weeks later. This was super unsettling and scary because I had so many valuable possessions that he could have gotten such as my laptop as I was working on vacay, my bfs Rolex which was hidden, and other possessions worth way more than the anime shirt. It was even more appalling how the hotel handled this situation. To be laughed at, accused of misplacement, and ultimately brushed off on top of being STOLEN from was such a slap in the face. If you think I'm lying, I've attached the picture, I blurred out the picture of the head of security smiling but you can see him posing and the bobby uniform he has on. If you read this far, thanks. Hopefully they can correct this and no one else will have to experience the same.=)

We loved The Bobby! Beautiful design, chill atmosphere, very good service and friendly staff. Morning latte is excellent, rooftop Camp Bobby is not to be missed! (Cocktails are about $20 each, I guess typical for Nashville). Fantastic location for walking to bars, restaurants, the Ryman or CMHoF.

First trip to Nashville for Christmas with my sisters. For 2 nights we were unable to get into our room due to a faulty lock. The Manager Samuel was so apologetic for the inconvenience they moved us to the penthouse our last night in Nashville. The manager also included breakfast for us for the following morning. This was our best sister trip. Thank you Samuel and The Bobby Hotel!!! If your going to Nashville book your stay at The Bobby Hotel.

A must stay place if you are planning to travel to Nashville! My husband and I stayed here for my 40th Birthday Celebration. The hotel staff was fantastic, and John Allen from concierge went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and ready for our stay. I never had anyone from a hotel reach out to me before hand to see if they could book any reservations for me. John gave us great dinner recommendations and ended up getting us a reservation at The Supper Club the night of my birthday, which was an amazing experience! On top of that, I received the sweetest gesture for my birthday celebration at the hotel - a bottle of Prosecco and a Charcutier Plate. SO unexpected! The hotel itself is just charming! Has a great Nashville vibe with its amazing decor. The rooftop is a must see!We had the best time in Nashville and will definitely book this hotel again when we come back!
