Update: i emailed them and they still have not responded, so their response below (that they removed now) was just to look good, customer service is clearly horrible... Got a gift card and it was fully paid for. The machine was apparently “down” at the time, but was able to take my funds still…so when I went to use the gift card it showed no funds were on it. I tried reaching out when i went to use it a week later and they completely ignored me. I asked in person for them to honor it and they said they had no proof. Even though I showed them it took my money!! Keep in mind when getting gift cards here or store credit because it will magically disappear in their system and you wont get your money back. Only buy something if you will keep it for good.
