I love the folks at Bluff City. I've worked with them for many years. They're friendly and knowledgeable about most things. Sure, sometimes one of them may seem gruff in their answers to questions, but who isn't at times? I'm glad that in a country where you have to shop from a catalog or online, that there are good people here that can help in person.

The lady was very nice but the older man who was the supposed expert was very difficult to work with. I told him what I was looking to do and asked him if he had something that would do what I needed and he told me he was not an engineer and could not design my system. I would have to provide him with the specific manufacturer and part number in order for him to sell me anything. He was zero help, irritating and ultimately dealing with him wasa huge waste of time.

25 years ago we had places like Javanco and Randolph & Rice, even Radio Shack, to serve our electronic needs. Now there's only Bluff City. Use it or lose it.
