Went to this store a few weeks ago, and they forgot to put an item in my bag. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home, and I live about 30 miles away; so going by the store again is not very convenient. I have left two phone messages, sent a Facebook message, and sent an email to try to get this issue resolved. I have never received a response at all, and every time I have tried to call since my initial outreach, there is no answer. I will never shop here again, but I do hope they see this and at least refund me for the item I did not receive...but not holding my breath!

Appreciated the greeting and offer to assist upon entering. It's simple customer service, but so lacking in the retail experience these days. The shop owner helped guide me on supplies for a new bead project and gave me a general overview and tips for the process. I got some beads on sale for the practice run of my new project and found that all items were reasonably priced, with ample selection. Good vibes here, will return again.

Sign said store closed, appointments only when we walked by for Monday. Drinks inside. Desperate I opened the door and lipped "Can I buy water?" while the owner was on the phone. It was so rude but it was hot out. He waved for me to come in and let me buy some. The inside of the shop is beautiful!. Beads everywhere. Arrowheads. Many Unique finds. After asking he let my friend come in as well with both of our girls to look around. He was still patient with everyone while my kids were in the store looking too. We grabbed a few things but my favorite are now my little wool bees! Wonderful atmosphere. Will totally stop back in when I am back in town. Thank you!

I am beyond pleased with the re-stringing of my cedar pendant. It was completed beautifully at a most reasonable price. It did take quite a while and it was definitely worth the wait. If you are not in a 'hurry', I recommend Black Dog, Kim and her sweet and kind husband, for all your beading requirements. Every time I put on my pendant I am so grateful. I have used others for this same work and it was not nearly so positive an experience or result.

Vast selection of beads crammed into a tiny space but well organized. It's kind of a Tardis of beads and findings and a few other things like essential oils, crystals, etc. Prices are fair, imho. I love the energy of this place, too. It feels very homey.

This is by far the coolest shop. Its tucked away and has all sort of beads and trinkets for jewelry making. Owner is super nice and friendly. I will be going back.

Loved this cute/charming little shop. You can make your own jewelry or buy something already made up. Found this beautiful crystal bracelet. Then found a crystal pendant that I put on a chain then added a Nashville charm to it. Then found 2 cute leather pull string brackets. My friend found lots of beaded necklaces for gifts. The prices are reasonable. The Owner was very nice & helpful. Will be coming back again.
