I'm deeply saddened to learn my store is closing. Big Lots has been a staple in my family and our business for over 30 years and I've been a patron at this location for the last 15 years. I've had many wonderful shopping experiences here and the employees like Sam and Betty make you feel like family. I wish all the employees here luck on their future endeavors. Matthew was cordial and helpful. I came late so he was the only one checking out. He was friendly with the elderly lady in front of me and just as cordial with me. It would’ve been 5 stars if checkout was a bit faster. Overall positive experience.

Friendly staff for the most part. I would have given a 5 but the stock level on sale item was nonexistent. Must be the strategy to lure people in....
