I love shopping at Big Lots. The prices are really good. The selections are amazing. The store is a fairly big store, and they have such a variety of merchandise. I especially love shopping at Big Lots during the Christmas Holidays! The staff at the Hermitage store are always happy and helpful. Big Lots has been a favorite of mine since the 90's. They just keep getting better and better. Plus, they have great sales. I love Big Lots!

Very nice store... great merchandise and so clean. Mgr Lee was so nice and professional. She was a big help with a couch purchase. Lots of great homedecor and Christmas and toys. Upgraded furniture too

I have been in line 3 people in front of me. One cashier and she's still working with a customer for 15 minutes. Slowest service I have ever seen.
