We shopped at Betty’s this afternoon. We were served by a fantastic lady called Brenda. She was most helpful with the boot sizing and recommendations for what I was looking for - very knowledgeable and kind, super helpful. I bought a pair of beautiful mid calf iridescent pearl boots, and an absolutely gorgeous leather and fur-collar jacket. I absolutely love them and will wear these all the time back home in England. Thank you Brenda and Betty’s Boots!

We want all over looking for the boots I wanted for my Bday Trip! We found them here! So many selections to choose from in hats to boots! Super accommodating staff & very helpful! All the items are of the Best Quality! As soon as u open the door you can smell the authentic leather! We look forward to going back again and again! Fun fact-the nostalgia of the floor comes from the Wild Horse Saloon! You will know when you step in! Super satisfied with my purchase and I can’t wait to wear them everywhere! Thank you Betty Boots!

Really nice selection in a variety of price points. I paid $230 out the door for a really nice pair of real cowboy boots (prices range from about $130 up to $1200+ from what I saw). Personalized customer service and the store didn’t feel cramped or crowded like others on the strip.

*Buyers beware* Extremely disappointed by my purchase. I visited Boot Barn and purchased this adorable purse one month ago. I was okay with paying a bit more/investing in a quality leather purse because I knew (thought) it would last. The strap is already splitting apart. I feel taken advantage of.

There are plenty of boots to choose from! Clothing items and hats too! Very helpful staff! Everything in Nashville, especially on Broadway is pricey, so dont be surprised.

Wanted to get my wifey a hat while in Nashville. Popped into this place on our stroll and found some choices we liked. Daniel was very helpful trying to find a hat we liked that also fits well. He provided excellent service.If you’re looking for a hat, definitely stop in this establishment.

The staff are amazing! I bought my old gringos there 5 years ago and when I went in today the guy there (shoot I forget his name!!!) was wonderful and conditioned my boots! He ALMOST convincedMe to get my next pair but I promise I willOnly get them at BETTy boots!!!!

Such a cute store. Costumer service is friendly. Some prices are high and other prices have a great deal. One of my favorite stores on Broadway.
