Most out of control place of business I have ever dealt with . It's a shame because the staff is really cool , Except for one lady , her name is Kate . I dealt with her , I ordered furniture that she said she put in to the computer and that it would be arriving in 2 weeks , and she would let me use a set of furniture untill my real furniture came in . Well , the set she sent , did not have a full bed frame , and was missing a bunch of peices so the delivery men couldn't even put it together . And they didn't bring a mattress because they knew that they weren't gonna be able to put the bed together . So I had to call Kate back , and she said she didn't even have a mattress available , but she could throw in a used mattress free of charge for the trouble. Got the used mattress . A month goes by and I find out the furniture that she was suppose to send in , was not ever put in , and she was trying to take the furniture that wasn't even put together back because of a missed payment. Why would I pay for a bed that wasn't even put together . I was literally sleeping on the used mattress on the floor . They end up taking the furniture and leaving the mattress after she went back on her word about it being free of charge . I paid them 50 dollars for the used mattress . And this has been 2 months and she is still trying to say I owe for the used mattress that she orginally said was free . She needs to be fired because she makes this business seem like a scam. Will be contacting someone that is above her asap

Paid a payment for a friend with my card , however bestway kept my card on file and fraudulently ran payments on card that was NOT supposed to be on file. Then come to find out employees have been found guilty of stealing the money and funds aren't being applied to customers accounts ???

Today my husband and I went to Bestway to get our refund for not getting our refrigerator, washer and dryer. Scott Rivers is the manager at this store he showed my husband and I how unprofessional and racist he is if it wasn't for the young white lady Scott was going to call the police because he did not follow through with the delivery. We have been with Bestway for 15 years, we have never been late or had any of our furniture picked up, but today Scott showed my husband and I that honest people who pay their bill our not welcome in his store. Bestway in Madison is not a match for Scott, he needs to know how to deal with people of color instead of judging and calling the police on one of your best customers please find a new manager or we have to go to Rent-a-center or Arons we run a business taking care of handicapped people through the state and Scott showed neglect toward our special people today. Thank You

Would not shop here. My husband and I walked in to look at beds and 2 of their mattress they had for sale were stained and nasty. A couch they had for sale was also nasty and dirty. Don't shop here.

best way rental is a crooked place they like the cheap people out of stuff and take their money they are very greedy they don't help people they should be out of business same as Aaron's the people that are at best way the managers are very rude I would refer the store to nobody

Bunch of liars crooks and thieves at this location in particular. Highly unprofessional and dishonest. Staff totally uneducated on the products they rent. Horrible service. Broken products. Bad attitudes. Location needs to be shut down or completely restaffed.
