People, so they sold me a ring, the next day I took it to get it sized, the people that I took it to for sizing told me that they usually test the ring to be sure it's real, so I told them to go ahead and have it tested, so the guy tested it with a magnet, as soon as the ring went close to the magnet, it grabbed it so fast..So yes, they sold me a fake gold ring.Then did I understand why a ring the had $2000 price tag he dropped it down all the way to 800 dollars. I pad $800 for a fake ring, so when I took it back, the guy acted like he didn't know it where fake, he knew it where fake because before I bought it, he took it and looked at it..I wouldn't recommend them for anyone, but if you decide to buy from them, make sure you bring a magnet with you..I mean looking at the pawn shop, you can tell it aren't doing too well, God doesn't like ugly. They never knew I would find out about the ring being fake because the look on the guy face when I came back for a refund showed that he thought I would be wearing a fake ring like a dummy..

Very rude management tried to ask for information over the phone left me on hold too long tried in Spanish at first also left me hanging I also tried to pay over the phone called like 5 times it’s always a different situation or reason I cannot do would definitely look somewhere else to look to help you.

Use these guys when ever I have an unexpected bill I have to cover. They are really nice and give me a fair deal on my stuff. They keep my stuff safe until I can pick it back up. The girls that work the counter are really sweet I enjoy talking to them about our dogs!

Brian is a very rude owner. He told me 1 thing and when I come back makes a big deal about it in front of staff and customers saying he never said that. 30 year customer and I want be back!

I was told 1 price by the owner. When I came back at another time he made a big issue out of it and said he never said that. He wanted to argue with me in front of customers after he had already told me in his office this price. 30 year customer and I will not be back!
