Carter was so helpful and educated me on the worth of gold and silver. He even provided a kit on how to clean my jewelry and how to use it. They truly are in the service industry and truly welcoming for new comers. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Berry's in Madison for many many years for ALL my guns,ammo,pawns, and jewelry. If you want a honest place to go if you need help or wanna buy this is the place to go. The people are very friendly and treat you like family. Bought a bracelet there and came back to get another left crying and very happy with another bracket to remind me of my late husband. They are 5 stars with me. I will continue to go there for my needs. Thank you very much I appreciate what y'all have done for me and my family.?????

This place is clean and nice, not sketchy and junky like most pawn shops. I have sold musical equipment here and jewelry and always get honest help and a good price. My best friend and her husband got their engagement and wedding rings here too. It's more like a jewelry and music store than a pawn shop and it's the only place I trust if I need to sell something.

I stopped in here to sell some silver.Having never actually dealt with a pawn shop before I was skeptical but decided to give it a try.I must say I was very surprised when they offered me a per ounce price that was more than fair.There was no haggling, and no back and forth like you see on TV.They were quick, easy to deal with, and very fair.

Just left there was going to buy a Playstation. Was in there 15 minutes and I was the only customer in there and no one said Hi , can I help you NOTHING.. TO BUSY TEXTING AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER. Went to Great Ecape they greeted as soon as I walked in. Got a ps4 now.

I would have given 2 stars but the girl behind the counter was super friendly. I brought in a bracelet with charms (including 4 real gold coins and others marked with 14k), 14k necklace and 10k ring with real diamonds. I was told only 4 things on the charm bracelet was real gold (2 coins, nugget and one charm). They gave me an offer of $600 for all 3 items. I have since sold 4 of the real gold coins for $725 and I still have bracelet, necklace and ring to sale. FYI all but 1 charm on the bracelet was not real gold. Always shop around for the best price.

I have been a long time customer of Berry's since 1997. I moved to Armuchee, Ga 3yrs ago from Madison, Tn. Everytime i call them & need any services done, they are always there to lend a helping hand. I called them last week when i broke my necklace & let them know the situation. They was very helpful & got right on it once they received my jewelry.
They are the only company i trust to handle all of my jewelry repairs & jewelry needs. Not only that, but i always stop by there when ever i'm in town. Keep up great work you guys.
