Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I took a sentimental watercolor in after my house had a lot of damage from a frozen pipe. The gentleman inspected the matting and replaced the backing paper, all while I waited.

I’ve always loved the choices and quality of their framing, but I’m also really impressed by their customer service. I dropped off a small piece of art to be framed as a Father’s Day gift. I was told it would take 7-10 days which meant I would get out the week after Father’s Day (which was completely fine). They then called later the same day to say my framing was ready to be picked up! AMAZING! I didn’t even ask for this. They just knew it was important. Such a nice gesture!
