2 stars only because they're nice when they take your soul. They would tell you that your vehicle needs a new plane propeller if they thought you'd buy it.Do some research before you go here.Actually, just don't go.If your car breaks down, buy a new car. It's cheaper.

0 stars if I could. A bad joke of a dealership. The people that don't show active disdain towards your presence or outright ignore you show, at best, a clearly forced "politeness". If that weren't enough, the service department outright doesn't do their job. They claimed they checked the condition of many wear items but only recommended a few high-margin services (that had recently been completed) while not even bringing up the clearly worn, low-margin replacements that could actually have a bigger impact on safety. I'm not sure if that constitutes outright fraud, but I will DEFINITELY be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

So I was looking for Toyota Venza and called Beaman Toyota. They had a used one that had low miles and was a fair price. I made an appointment with Evan and we test drove the car. Honestly, it was like a new car. I had a trade in and had received a fair quote from the web site. When we were going over the price, the offer on my car was less than an online offer I had received, but it was still close enough that I agreed upon the purchase price and started signing the papers with the finance dept. Unfortunately, there was an additional charge for a key fob replacement policy that I understood was non-negotiable. Later I spoke to Mike Miles, the used car sales manager. He advised that the key fob replacement policy is in fact optional and refunded that charge. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied even after the sale. I would be comfortable making my next purchase from Beaman Toyota. This is the type of car dealership and the type of people I want to do business with. I love my new (used) Toyota Venza.

Wish I could give them 0 stars but can't so anyways, don't really recommend them at all. about 3/4 months ago we Took a car to get checked out on it overheating. they so called "fixed" the problem. literally charged us over $2,313 in repairs, just for the car to still OVERHEAT and when we informed them of the same problem, we was told to bring the car back up there and they would run it to see what's going on, but they continue to lie and say the car doesn't overheat when they drive it, but yet still OVERHEATING til this day (07/30/23). Jack, his mechanic, and manager have refused to return my calls and texts. & we have YET to even hear from them.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Toyota Team,I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent experience with Beaman Toyota. Their several of their exceptional salesmen Will, Glen and David (finance). From the moment I walked into the showroom, Glen immediately greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome and introduced me to Will. Will made sure all the documents were printed and ready to sign. We are proud to be in the Toyota family!!!! Glen 's extensive knowledge of the Toyota Grand Highlander was truly impressive. He patiently explained the features and benefits for my daughter's new vehicle, ensuring that we felt fully informed and confident in our decision. What truly stood out about all three was their dedicated to excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, address any concerns, and never showed any sign of impatience. Made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free, making me feel like a valued customer.Additionally, tall showcased a high level of professionalism throughout the entire experience. They were punctual, well-prepared, and efficient. They always remained courteous and respectful, making me feel comfortable and reassured that I was making the right choice.I must also commend Will on his exceptional follow-up skills. He promptly reached out once the order was received and after my purchase to ensure that everything was going well with my new Toyota. His attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Beaman Toyota, Will, David and Glen to anyone seeking seamless buying.Thank you once again to Will and the entire Toyota team for providing exceptional service. I am thrilled with my daughter's new car and grateful for the positive experience I had.Sincerely,Monika Howard Daniels

Poor experience in service department. An appointment was scheduled for today. I arrived early to be informed 'they are backed up in service and I would have to leave car'. Questioned why none of the emails or texts reminding me of appointment mentioned this. The manager was brought over. This now became a $190 diagnostic fee (suddenly that could be done?).I had enough, I left after feeling Beaman level and quality of service fell to a new low.Recommend Beaman? Sure, recommend you stay away!

We were traveling out of town and got a nail in our tire, I called Beaman first thing in the morning and scheduled an appointment to get the tire patched.Upon arrival I was greeted and I showed the rep where the piece of metal was in the tire. The rep mentioned doing a multipoint inspection. I responded that I only wanted the tire patched.Shortly after being seated in the waiting area, I received a text stating that they would be starting on the multipoint inspection, and to reply to the message thread with any questions. I responded repeating that I didn't want a multipoint inspection, I just needed the tire patched. After about an hour, I replied to the text message asking for a status update. After 1.5 hours with no update, I was looking for the rep, but didn't see him.I replied again to the text trying to get an update. At about 2 hours, I replied to the text again and went looking for the rep. I didn't find him, but another rep said they would locate him.A little over 2 hours, the rep appears and said he was looking for me and the car would be finished in about 10 minutes. He tried to get me to get additional items serviced, which I declined. It took ~2.5 hours just to get a tire patched, which should have been about a 30 minute job.Due to the length of time for a simple repair and the lack of communication, I will not be returning or recommended the dealership for service.

Beaman Toyota may hands down be one of the worst Toyotas I have been around. Even in the new location they can never seen to provide decent service. The auto part and service area is slow and unresponsive. They appear to never be ready even when they indicate they are. It's the same poor service simply a different locations. Definitely don't recommend.

They have no parking.. so even if you wanted to shop you can't.. the sales team are rude, condescending, arrogant... I have brought 5 vehicles from Beaman but there new owners are terrible!!! The new places exits and entrances are so badly designed...I miss Larry Francis... your new team sucks

Would give a minus 5. Terrible. Had appointment @ 1:00 to charge a/c. Finally asked about SUV & was told it wouldn't be ready today. Why?. Too busy, short handed, etc. Took my vehicle & told would take some other place that would have time for customers. Kept my cool but would have liked to have told them what to do with their excuses.

Made and appointment for 9:20 in the morning, car was not finished until after 2. Asked several times about a shuttle service and was told none was offered. There’s a service issue every single time we’ve come. Service department wait times are unacceptable. Every single time without fail they try and sell us a new car. We won’t be buying a new car until you can effectively service the one we own. Beman Toyota is a joke.Service: Oil change

The buying process was fine -- we stuck to our guns and made sure we got the car we wanted instead of one on the lot. This is about the service department. They will rip you off. In 2021 I had service on my Prius done at another dealership as I was outside of Tennessee -- that included flushing the coolant, brakes, and transmission. The next time I brought it into Beaman, they recommended the same service, because they didn't bother checking Toyota's own service history for the vehicle, and I ended up agreeing to have the same work done again (after the fact I realized what happened; I do take some blame). That all came to over $700 in unnecessary maintenance, down the drain. Then, just recently, I took it into for an oil change at Beaman they told me that the brake rotors were showing a troublesome amount of rust and instead of resurfacing, which is the standard procedure for a reasonably new car, they wanted to completely *replace* the rotors on both axles, at a cost of over $1,300. I was hesitant because I had never had any noise or unevenness, so I had Firestone perform their own inspection, and they determined that not only did I *not* need completely new rotors, that the rotors weren't even rusted enough to warrant resurfacing. I dodged a bullet there. Now I'm wondering just how much unnecessary maintenance they've done over the years. I will never be taking my car back there again. I'm looking at the other reviews of the service department on here, and they've all got similar stories. What a joke. My advice -- once it's out of warranty, take your Toyota somewhere else for maintenance! Firestone was honest and quick.
