Super dope gym! ? The programming rocks - every Monday is legs, Tuesday’s is chest and back, etc and Fri/Sat are full body conditioning which gives real nice structure, but the moves and formats change up every week which keeps it fresh and fun. Coaches are friendly, super knowledgeable, and emphasize form big time. Lots of classes (as early as 530am and as late as 630pm). Parking is on premises, free, and gated which is nice for being in the city, and their music is always on point. Also, not every gym does a great job of emphasizing stretching and dynamic warmups/cool downs but every class has a 10-15min sesh baked in which is nice for keeping injuries away.This spot has been such a great part of my move to Nashville - thank you Shawn, Charlie, Stephen, Rose, and the rest of the BC team!

Dropped into a class while visiting for Nashville for the weekend. I was intimidated when I showed up (it seemed like almost everyone was there was crazy fit), but I ended up feeling very welcomed. The coach Charlie walked me through everything before class started, and the girls I was paired up with for the circuit were very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to change out the weights on my barbell!This class was tough, but scalable. The format of the day was 6 station circuit varying between cardio and strength, but the biggest shocker for me was that between stations everyone ran up a hill outside..lol. But they offered the bike as an option instead, which plenty of people did. I was sufficiently sweaty after this class and I will definitely be back if I ever come back to Nashville!

My friend and I did a drop in class recently on our trip to Nashville and it was incredible! Both trainers were super engaged and hands on, and made it fun (even after a few too many bevvies the night before). Would absolutely recommend adding this into your Nashville itinerary! Also, major bonus points for the fluffy golden retriever who provided excellent motivation.

I've been a member at BC for just about 5 years now and let me tell you... BEST programing (Coach Carmen) by far and the most AMAZING community! Every coach is incredible and very welcoming to ALL. Not only are they super knowledgeable but they make each class fun. The workouts are never the same and I am always sore! It's sooo easy to get addicted to this place (hence the 5 years). Kudos to Shawn, Carmen and the rest of the BC Team! :)

Since I’ve joined the BC community I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Not only do they help with the fitness aspect of health but put an emphasis on eating. They create a personalized macro plan for each member that’s easy to follow so you have the resources you need to reach your goals.

Can’t say enough good things. Coaches, music, work out, community etc. are 10/10. I love how they also care about making sure your form is correct and no one is at risk of hurting themselves. They are truly there for people to work out and do what’s best for their body.

As someone who has worked in the fitness industry for years and knows the importance of getting in the best workout that you can in an hour of your day, BC is it. The sense of community, the knowledge of the trainers, and the impact of the workouts hit you when you walk in the door. As someone who has only visited when traveling to Nashville for years, it’s always top on my list of must-dos. I’m so pumped to be moving in to town and joining the BC team.

I have been a kickboxing coach for the past 12 years and recently retired from coaching to slow down and focus more on recovering from a shoulder injury. I started going to BoothCamp about a month ago and out of all the places I have worked and worked out at this is BY FAR THE BEST GYM IN NASHVILLE. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, but the coaches actually coach, care and focus on technique. Which I LOVE!!! Hands down. I must try gym... you will fall in love :)) I did!!

The programming at BC is unlike anything I’ve ever done - in the BEST WAY! Coach Carmen is one of the most knowledgeable in the business & is always coming up with new ways to challenge the members! Youll see your body & mind benefit like never before. I’ve been a member for over 4 years and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Boothcamp is so much more than a gym- it’s a community.

I have been a member at Boothcamp for 3.5 years now and cannot imagine being a member anywhere else (despite all the other class style gyms I have tried with friends around town). One of the things I love most about Boothcamp is the amazing membership community they have built and maintained over the years. The coaches at Boothcamp are also some of best people I've ever worked with. They are kind, knowledgeable, diversly trained and certified... and they all have their own unique killer playlists. The BC coaches really know how to motivate and push members to their own unique limits, while still making sure they are safe, comfortable, and pain/injury free. If you have a personal health/wellness goal you are working to achieve, just talk to them (they are all super approachable and eager to help) and they'll make sure you're setup on a path to success.One thing I really appreciate about BC and their programming is that each day's class is always different and unique. It keeps things fresh and exciting, and I always look forward to seeing what new challenges are in store for us. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there's something for everyone at Boothcamp.Overall, I highly recommend Boothcamp Gym to anyone looking for a great gym with top-notch coaches and a super fun / inclusive member community. It's definitely worth checking out!

BC provides a challenging workout with excellent coaches. They’re very welcoming to new people and provide modifications as needed. The staff is kind and approachable and you can always work to your own level. My favorite classes are Lightning Round Fridays and restore Sundays.
