Couldn't ask for any better service. Top notch. Just got a new key made for my 2015 terrain. The key cut and programmed was $142 compared to $450 at dealership and comes with 3 months warranty. They were very professional, super nice, and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top notch customer service but at a budget friendly price

I had a great experience at battery Plus for my watches. They have an unlimited battery replacement plan that is very fair. My service representative was very knowledgeable and I will be returning for other services.

My home alarm system needed a new battery along with a battery for one of the sensors. I was able to go to the Batteries Plus website and easily search for the batteries needed. I ordered them online for store pickup and received a 10% discount. The order was ready in less than 30 min later. I picked them up the next day and was checked out by a very friendly man. I also inquired about car remote batteries. He opened my remote to find that a piece was disconnected and it actually was not the battery. He fixed the broken piece free of charge. I will definitely be back here. The customer service was excellent.

I had a friend of mine help locate an HHD10400 battery for my wifi Hotspot when he came to your place. You guys didn't have one in stocks so he asked the elderly associate behind the counter. He said her name was Gayle who said there was a batteries plus location IN Mt Juliet had some along with some locations closer to Nashville. Mt Juliet was more than an hours drive for him and he asked if there were other locations. Near-by. She said no. The manager that was standing there wasn't helpful either. Funny how they never mentioned the Gallatin location that had 4 in stock. Guess it was because it was a franchise instead of a company location. So, in my opinion, you drive custo.ers to other company owned stores imataed of franchises in my opinion. From my point of view, you guys are dishonest and will never shop there again. I. Sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

I placed an order online on Wednesday night at 9:26pm, after the store had closed. Their posted opening time is 9:00am yet I received an email and text Thursday at 8:30am that my order was ready for pickup. I was very pleased my order was ready so quickly - even before the store was open!
I called when I arrived for curbside pickup but my first call went unanswered. Another customer had arrived just as I entered the parking area and entered the store. I waited until she left (about 2 minutes later) and called the store again. My call was answered right away by DJ. He asked me to have my ID and payment card ready and he would bring out my order. About 60 seconds later, DJ was approaching the car with my order. DJ greeted me and apologized for not answering my first call and explained he was with another customer.
DJ was friendly, polite, and truly made me feel appreciated as a customer no matter how small my order was. My whole transaction with Batteries Plus and DJ was exceptional and I highly recommend them the next time you need batteries, bulbs, or phone repair.
