Andrew took extremely good care of me!! I full time RV and had Jasper new engine installed about 5 months ago and was having low oil pressure issues at idle. Andrew diaginosed it and dropped the oil pan, found metal debris in the oil pan and a spun cam bearing. Jasper is sending a new motor and Andrew is getting it all taken care of so I can get back on the road. Thanks Andrew for everything.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I full time RV and when I landed in Nashville I was having low oil pressure issues on a brand new motor. Andrew diagnosed the problem, dropped the oil pan and found metal debris in the oil pan from a spun cam bearing and a missing nut. He is taking care of it and getting me back on the road in record time. Thanks Andrew!

Just called and asked if they check "engine light" and after a long gasp he ask what kind of vehicle and I said 2017 hyundai elantra and immediately said no, no we don't. Like ok why not? Would not recommend

I brought my 1959 Chevrolet Apache in to Chuck and his guys. They took care of me and performed professionally and the job was done right the first time. I was having an overheating issue which they took care of plus found a couple more things I hadn’t noticed. He called and got permission before he proceeded with repairs. I’d recommend him to anyone. After six long months of searching for someone to do quality transmission work on my 2015 Nissan Rogue I finally found Bartlett's automotive repair. These men were so nice and so accommodating when I arrived. I expected the same treatment from Nissan but never received it so I was really down on my luck by the time I found Bartlett's. However, they turned my frown upside down! They treated me with the utmost respect! They advocated for me when my warranty company and Nissan tried to take advantage of me. sometimes as a woman you get taken advantage of when you go to auto repair shops, but not here! These men treated me like they were family fixed my car quickly and professionally. I will never go anywhere else for any more car repairs!Services: Battery

Rude staff. I call to see if I can get a quote on labor and the parts cost. They won't tell you unless to tow the car to them. While I understand that it needs to be looked at to know the exact, they gave you the attitude of any of your inquiries are meaningless. He Even told me that “well, it will be between 1 dollar to 1000 dollars†then he completely denied what he just said. If this is the answer that you get from them, You can judge yourself if you wanna go the a place like this.
