Before today I would of given it a 4/5 star. I have a Senior and I have bought a enormous amount of items!! I placed an order online and was charged incorrectly. I was first speaking to a nice young man who put me to a woman who was of no help. I then thought we were disconnected, I said Hello 1/2 a dozen times so I hung up and called back. Different rude man who said she put me on hold(?) because "I was talking over her like you are doing to me now." And that it was my bank that was charging this amount. I have been in customer service my whole life and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life!

Lots of staff. Book selection is different. I would like to see sections of suggested books by, maybe, English professors. They do have a section authored by alumni.

While I was in the store today I was the only person of color & they had someone trailing me the ENTIRE time I was shopping. She never once asked me if she could assist me with anything just watched my every move. DISGUSTING experience here today.

Wide selection of apparel. I didn't get a chance to look at the books but the Vanderbilt apparel and souvenirs were abundant. The only negative comment is that there is no fitting room to try on the clothing to see if it fits. I bought a L size Nike tee shirt and it was too small so I had to bring it back to get the next size larger.

Order online or go to Amazon. Save your time and money.My experience with this store wasn't great. I couldn't find a t-shirt under $28, and everything seemed overpriced. I was helped by one staff member, a black woman with blonde hair, who was really helpful. No one else even acknowledged me. The store lacks size-inclusive clothes as all women's wear only went up to L or XL. Even the clearance section was disappointing. I wish the step and repeat was downstairs and in a better location for photos.It was clean and organized well.

Good selection, but not nearly as much room decided to books as to designer school wear. 150 dollars for a hoodie felt like a bit much... Tho I guess it's geared toward devoted alumni. A bit posh for my intellectual tastes.

Huge, clean, well organized and such a lovely store. Staff upstairs with the textbooks are very helpful to new students.

A place to buy Vanderbilt branded stuff, but the second floor has a book store with an area of books required for courses and classes at the university.
