The worst experience, I have been a customer of the bank for more than 20 years. The notary told me that he could not legalize my signature because I should have printed data just to be filled out by him. It was a simple letter that only needed to legalize my signature., Thinking about changing to another bank because of bad employees like this.

Never have employees 1 teller with 20 pep in line obviously there is lots of people that still want good person to person customer service thats what we pay fees for not to service our selfs and with the atms Constanly breaking down and the online apps always having troubles the employees set behind the door laughing and giggling takes 30 mins just to drop off a check I'm trying pay 40gs to them and they won't hire enough people to run the location correctly this is why we canceled our accounts with boa ...we only use a credit card from them and like today stop in to pay card payment and can't even get done in reasonable amount of time smh shame this is what they consider good business especially for small business clients..... I wish they ran this location like hendersonville runs there's

The Branch off Dickerson rd / and Murfreesboro Rd never have more than 2 employees in the store including the manager. It took me 45 mins to make a simply transaction. The bank only cares about taking your money. WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE AT? #HIRE HELP

They have two drive through lanes. It doesn't take very long to take care of your transaction at all. If you need assistance you can go inside during business hour's. Best bank to have an account! Check it out, you will love bank of America!

I have a learning disability and can't use a computer. They won't answer their calls and don't have a way to leave a message to have them call you back. Their message keeps telling me which app or another will give me information about my account, this doesn't help.The is discrimination against people who, for one reason or another, can not use computers and have a problem getting there and talking to someone in person.

Vickie and Tiffany are so patient and helpful, it always a pleasant experience, basically the only Bank Of America that I deal with
