I am leaving a writing with one star when it should be no stars. The car came from Florida with expired tags from over a year ago with me driving for Uber that was really awkward considering that Uber has a contract with Avis to rent vehicles after I bring this information up they say they can't accept my payments by phone the computer is down they did this for about two weeks until it was repo'd with paperwork stating something about either I or the owner being deceased in the paperwork. Then turned around and charged me 1,600 and put me on the do not rent list which has stopped my income. On top of that, before I knew that I was on the do not rent list i tried to rent again dispite the $1,600 and the poor treatment. We went through the whole process again swiped my card and the guy says oh I can't rent to you because a previous rental. I'm like huh, I means they already charged and received $1,600. I get an email from Avis saying thanks ?? for renting with us. I look at the guy and say hey, they said I picked the car up and he's like no I can't accept your payment etc. turns out they charge my car for and I didn't have a vehicle I really need help in this situation

I made an appointment on three separate occasions to pick up a car from this company and no one showed up the door was locked when I got there. Once I finally was able to talk to someone they told me that they did not have any cars even though I had already reserved a car that said it was available on their website. They charged me and wouldn't give me my money back I spent over $100 Ubering back and forth to this location and got nothing. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. I will never return to this fraudulent company.

If you don’t have cars available, your website should reflect that. Spending $40 for an Uber to your location expecting to get a vehicle only to find out you don’t have any is not a good experience for anyone.

Picked up my rental and the smell of weed was so bad but the person there told me they couldn’t smell since Covid. I had no choice but to take the SUV but on returning the rental I was asked to report any mechanical issues and I said none other then the smell. The owner looked confused and walked with me to the rental and said he could smell it before we even got to the SUV. He said it should have never went out and assured me I would get a credit. It’s been over a month and still no credit on my card. I have called several times and gotten no return call and when I called the company they don’t see any notes on the rental saying I was getting a credit. Will not be using this location ever again.

Everytime I call or make a reservation for Uber rental they never have any available. I was only able to rent a car once from this company from a different location. It would be nice if Uber driver app would say there isn't any available or there is one available like Lyft does. I really like Avis rentals. They are clean and very low miles. Compared to Hertz. I'm not happy with Hertz but it's my only option right now.

I had a very bad experience at this location because the owner is very rude and he did not help me at all with any request I had. I would not recommend to anybody to have an interaction with this location.

Because of warranty work being done on my vehicle and the dealer not having a loaner car we had to have a rental. It was very last minute and they technically didn’t have a vehicle in the economy class we had rented. However, they allowed us to rent a vehicle they did have for the price of our original rental price. The car was clean, smelled a little of smoke, and was in good condition.We ended up driving that vehicle for 3 1/2 months and they worked with us the whole time to ensure we could keep it without having to trade in. We did start paying the fullprice which was understandable for the length we had it.We turned in that vehicle for another after a week of not needing one and the next car was clean and ran well.They have worked with us this whole time and have been just a fantastic group to work with.One caveat: their website hours do not match their actual hours all the time.Thank you guys - we will be back!!

Professional and courteous. I’m an Uber driver and got my rental from here. Issues here stem from Uber and their system. Everything I’ve gotten out of this office has been top notch.

Rodney & his team are amazing! I have rented cars on 14 work trips since the beginning of March. He and his agency are by far the best and most considerate staff I have ever worked with. Rent around the country and then rate Rodney‘s Avis/Budget! Unmatched service and quality.

Great customer service at this Avis location to make up for a terrible experience at another. We were given a car with expired tags to drive across the country in. We stopped to get gas in TN and noticed the issue with the plates. We were told to swap vehicles at another Avis. We got to this location, very tired and very annoyed, and he was helpful and empathetic. He upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable vehicle to help us finish theast leg of the trip. Thank you, again!!!
