Went in last night and there were 2 people working, no other customers. One of those girls was training. After I checked out, I noticed a sign saying if you spend $65 you can purchase a gift set for $45. I then asked the girl in training if I could purchase the gift set as well. The girl in training grabbed one off the shelf and said “of course!” However, the other girl employee who was sitting at the counter continued to sit and eat her noodles and said “no she can’t, it has to be all in one transaction.” I then left the store and came back and asked “could I return the purchase I just made, and rebuy so I can gift the gift set for $45?” The girl eating her noodles looks up and says “I mean…..you can.” The girl in training was very kind but the girl that was “training” her was not polite to me or the girl she was training. From now on, I will not be purchasing from Aveda at The Mall at Green Hills.

Well maintained & presentable mall.
Mostly upscale shops, but good for browsing.
Not too busy so easy to walk around.

Nice upscale shopping. I enjoyed my shopping experience as well as getting my steps in. It’s a large mall with many stores to choose from.

I am literally standing in the front by the register. Two girls helping one person and then another girl putting a previous customers stuff in a bag that was coming back. The two girls continue to help the one customer. The girl finished putting the stuff in the bag and so I took a step closer to the register and she ignored me. Then asked the customer behind me if they need help like I was invisible. Wow. I have no words now!! I just wanted some Aveda hair product.

My coworker and I were in Nashville for business and decided to check out Green Hills after a busy day of work. We were able to get a prime parking spot near the entrance. This mall has all the big names you could ask for and security guards were in abundance. We didn't buy anything but it was worth the time just to look. If you're ever in Nashville, check out this mall.

The staff is so knowledgeable about the products and prepared to answer questions to match product to your needs. Store is always clean, well stocked and visually easy to shop. I love the loyalty points program!

This mall has greatly improved since we moved here 7 years ago. The connector between the new Dillards with the rest of the mall is great. New stores line the connector also a plus. Nice to see stores being added rather than closing. Gucci, Crate & Barrel are just 2 of the new stores. New restaurants as well. It still is not as good as the fabulous shopping in Dallas, but it’s going in the right direction.

I went to the starbucks at the mall at green hills this morning before the rest of the mall opened. I ordered my coffee and since there is no indoor seating this morning due to COVID protocols, I grabbed a seat outside the mall. The very nice barista poked her head outside a few minutes later and told me that it was about to start pouring. She said she could open the gate to the inside of the mall from the store and let me sit at the Starbucks tables they provide there, even though the mall was not technically open yet. I had no reason to disbelieve her, so I get settled in. About ten minutes later, a security guard comes over and starts yelling at me and harrassing me. Instead of allowing me to explain that the store had seated me there and offering to leave immediately, which is what I would have done, he continued to abuse me and threaten me for a minute or two. This is abusive and unacceptable behavior. When he finally stopped threatening me I signaled to the barista inside the store to please let me back in so I could then exit t he store and the mall. What an awful and humiliating experience. I will never go back here.

The place where you can find high end brands in Nashville. One of the best mall in Nashville area. Area is clean all the time. Whole family can enjoy there
